College review

My college Gujarat power engineering and research institute is good if you are planning to study in near by location to your home but if you are intelegent and wish to aquarius good knowledge then i suggest this college is not for you

This curriculum is nicely designed for theory knowledge & result scoring point of view but on thinking about research area it needs some improvement in it. A schedule of class is average load type on normal days

No stipend for General category students. College provides placements facilities but limited company visits and wages provided by them is not as per expected by paying fee of college. Students need to search companies by their own for internship

PowerFest(Technical festivals), kaushalya(cultural festival), urja(sports week), Engineers day, all these events are for our own college students it do not includes outside students to participate hence all events are at small scale

Fee structure is feasible at the time o admission as they are providing facilities according to fee like Siemens CoE & events organised at college & sponcership provided but now it feels we are paying much more fee

There is no facility of lone for students and there is scholarship available by college for first renk holder as 10000 and for scoring perfect 10 CGPA. This is only scholarship provided by college, GoG also provide some scholarships

Laboratory of our college is very good as compared with laboratory of other colleges near by me for sports there are only few equipment available to play and they are also not in very good condition.

There is not a thing like alumni network and senior students contact as college do not have hostel life and size of college is also small hence every time passout students number are nearely 150 only

By ACPC marit list generated by Government of Gujarat according 12th & JEE Main result also considering cast wise reservation system. I like my selected course due to my personal likes in that area so i have opted that course

In my particular field faculty are very good at the time of my admissions but from some time (last one year) faculty are not that much sound in their subjects as we expected. And specialists faculty is not their for each course. Some faculties are still very good.
