Remarks

There are many positive thing in our college like our well know cricket ground fitness center volleyball court basket ball court and labs etc our college has an acoustic theater and more than that our campus is the greenest campus in Kochi.

There is a problem regarding this course because st Paul's college is the first college under Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam to start B.Voc banking and financial services and we are the first batch so it has a problem related to exams.

Placement Experience

Our course is a professional course and it provides campus placement and internships but still we are doing the course do after this course only we can tell much about placement but internship is very important for us so last April we went for internship In private banking sector they provided a 1 month internship.

College Events

Our college celebrate many programs and festival like Onam celebration, arts day etc. But our college is famous for an inter colligate fest known as messugha. It is a 2 day program where students from different colleges are participating.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our course is an aided course so our fees is paid by government and we are paying an amount of 2000 per sem so it is feasible and we payed an amount of 10000 when we joined this college so the fees structure is good.

Campus Life

Our college provides many facilities for students and the mainly focus on talented and skilled students in extracurricular activities we have an international level well known cricket ground which is well maintained and many more facilities too.

Alumni/Alumna

Our college celebrate many programs regarding alumni many passed out senior batch are visiting the college for their get together so it is an interesting thing to do when we pass out and it remains as an inspiration.

Admission

I heard that B.Voc banking and financial services is a professional course and it provides campus placement so I planned to join this campus this one of my reason to join st Paul's college the second reason is it is a good college located in kochi city and it has a green environment.

Faculty

St. Paul's college kalamasery provide good faculty and teachers who have vast experience in their work they are well trained and qualified to help students find their best resources and talents. They also give good guidance to improve your education.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main aspect that peak my interest towards this course was it's 60 to 40 percent carriculam were 60% theory and 40% theory and also we only need 14 marks for passing out of 40. The exam are conducted at the end of semester.

The intership that we get every is very helpful in future carrier building. 60:40 ratio of practical and theory. They also teaches real job training with the environment. Just university need to advertise this course throughout the state.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum had so many unnecessary subjects that had no connection with our courses like psychology, zoology etc. They could have avoided that. Jewellery Designing students also had to study advanced minerology . Which in my opinion was a bit unnecessary. Apart from that i learnt to improve my drawing and rendering skills. Learnt about new types and also the history of jewellery Designing. Tools and Machinery used.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Usually, in our coarse, we follow updated curriculum about food processing technology. We do also have food analysis on our practical classes 3 days per week. I have chosen this coarse because I believe that food processing technology era is growing drastically and we can see lots of opportunities in the same field itself. Improvement can be made in the curriculum, so that they can also include food laws , importance of food in india and world wide so that students will get to know more about the syllabus and food processing technology. The frequency of timing that we get inbetween the semester exams is about 4-5 months which is pretty enough to cover all the portions that they have taken and we can calmly prepare for our end semester and exams very well.
