Knowing our college better. :)

Except the expensive fees every facility is good. Discipline should be maintained strictly to bring good academic results.

In each year we have to give 2 semesters. In each semester there are two exams conducted. One in internal the questions were prepared by college officials of respective departments. Another in extenal exam the questions were prepared by the university under which we were studying. In Science subjects there are practical exams after that.

Since we are in a semi-government college after graduation we have to give entrance exams for job. Somewhat some companies come to our college for selecting the meritorious science students as campus selection.

The annual COMMERMATION day is celebrated across 6 days every year. Besides this some local festival like Ganesh puja, Saraswati puja is celebrated department wise. The national events like Independence Day, Republic day is celebrated as a grand event, the NCC and scouts took part in it. Also the annual sports meet was celebrated every year with grand preparation. Vast no of students took part in the event.

Our college is a semi government college. So in comparison to other govt. Colleges our fees was expensive. We have to deposit our annual fees, examination fees, lab charges, seminar charges to the college by cash. Somewhat there are less fees for SC/ST and girls.

Yes there are many opportunities tu financially poor students. I've also applied for the scholarship but unfortunately didn't not got any of them, while my friends got. Can't tell about educational loan, because I have not aware of such cases. Moreover our college is a government college, so its students got every facility as per govt scheme.

My campus life was a good. Here in vacant period I spent my time with friends, often go to library to read mags and newspaper. Talking about gender ratio the boy girl ratio in our college is 2:1.But there is a safety environment for the girl students. Annually our college hosts different competitions from essay writing to debate, from drawing to singing. For extra curricular activities our college gives an excellent platform. The annual sports meet is organized every year and our college also takes part in university games and a lot more.

Unfortunately I didn't got seats in hostel. So I've to stay in a private hostel. There everything was fine except the meals provided. Any way we bear it. We gave a rent of 2500 per month and they provided us lunch and dinner. Rooms were clean and we've to share our rooms with 3 other roommates.

Yes somewhat they are helpful regarding our career in future. After all we got a never breaking friendship bond between us.

After qualifying 10th i got my results declared. After that I applied to took admission in this college, the officials shortlisted me and I got admission. After completing my 10+2. I've applied again for graduation in the same college. As I got shortlisted I took admission.

There are very highly educated and well behaved faculties in our college. About a total of 110+ senior and junior faculties are here to teach us. Many of them have done PhD. and others are pursuing Mphil. You can see an exemplifying study atmosphere in our college.
