In my opinion the college in which i study currently is a very good one and i wish all the students should try once to get admitted however it is difficult as there are limited number of seats but its a quite good college with good infrastructure and faculties so overall a good place plan your future.

IIT is the entrance that gave me the opportunity to study in this college chemical engineering is a core subject to study with a lot of job options, so I decided to study it I scored 3284 rank in the OBC category i just filled my choice and got it.

The course is very much to the subject covering all the aspects of chemical engineering such as mass transfer, heat transfer, chemical reaction engineering, plant design and chemical process technology also it covers basics of polymer technology and a wide idea of refining and petrochemical industry.

I was selected for my internship at TULSA has technology in Haryana, India it was a company that deals with CNG compressors and boosters as my background is from chemical engineering so I was given a project on Oil and water separator i also received a stipend of 7500 per month.

Placement scenario is pretty good, as many oil and gas as well as petroleum companies come to offer job opportunities. Last year we had companies visit for placement by ONGC, IOCL, BPCL,HPCL recruiting for public sector where as companies like SHELL INDIA, Realiance, Adani gas limited came for private firms. public sector companies took near around 20 students with an annual package of 9,00,000. The private company Shell took 6 students with an annual package of 6,00,000 where as Reliance Took 4 students at an annual package of 550,000. Adani pvt. ltd. gave 3.5 L to 7 students.

Our college organizes cultural festival named as " KALTARANG" . This is a huge festival with participation from nearly 10 colleges from Rae barely and Lucknow area. The budget goes to 8 lakhs approximately with variety of competitions such as fashion show, street show, drama, band performance etc. Apart from cultural we have technical fest na,ed as " Khaniz". and an intra-college fest named as " Pratidhwani". Technical fest includes paper, poster, quizzes, case study and other competitions with participation from all over India.

Our college provide scholarship for meritorious students starting from the very first year of our study. "JEET BINDRA SCHOLARSHIP" and "EIL SCHOLARSHIP" are the two in this i have received the first one with a sum of 27,000 for every year.

Gender ratio is not upto the mark with only few females getting admissions. A batch consists of 75 students with only 8 or 9 females per year. Many good workshops were organized. OIL business is a case study in which i participated. Their is basically no politics as our strength is not so good we re good to others of any caste or religion.

Hostel are quite good with sharing of two in each room. Rooms are quite big, For hostel we are required to pay about 27000 per year mess facility is also up to the mark with hygienic food being served fees for mess is included in hostel fees food is very good and worth of the fees that we pay.

We have good albumin network and all our seniors are well placed i had my interactions with my senior to get my internship also i had interactions with super seniors and they help me in attending important conferences and workshops.

The faculty in my institute are all well educated and very qualified these are mostly from India and has done their research in different fields from recognized foreign universities.
