College review

Institute placement is very good but the institute infrastructure is very poor.the lab has poor infrastructure as they lack of instruments, faculties don't want to take lecture, college ranking is not so good enough.

Electrical and electronics engineering is a core subject which comprises of subjects like power system, machine and drive, network analysis, digital electronic, analog Electronic, signal and system, power electronics. and many more. the exam pattern vary from institute to institute, in my college, two exams is there nid semester exam and end semester exam in every semester.

Placement and job opportunities in our college is very well till now. many of companies visit our college for recruitment purpose. some of them give opportunity for internship too. Package for job varies from 4-42 lakhs per annum. and that of stipend from 4-30 thousands per months.

there are 3 events organised by our institute. 1. Urja a sports events which is of 3 days in which various sports events and competition were there. 2 Culfest a cultural events which is also of 3 days in which all cultural events were organised including a night performance by any celebrity. 3 Ojass a technical event which is also celebrates for 3 days which has only technical events.

the fee structure is feasible as it has scholarship criteria on the basis of family income. Students having family income less than 1 lpa have full fee waiver that is they don't need to pay any fee. Student with family income between 1-5 lpa has to pay only 1/3 fee and student having family Income more than 5 lpa has to pay full fee

There are sports ground in our institute.2 ground for hockey. 2 for basketball 1 table tennis room 2 badminton court 1 volleyball court 1 Cricket ground and there is also indoor sports facilities available in hostel

Hostel infrastructure is very good as it is newly constructed and it was if 700 rooms in one hostel. So everyone gets single rooms with a attached balcony. the hostel has a combined bathouroom and washbasin.

Alumni and seniors are very helpful. they alwas help their junior in any possible manner not only in study but any thing which they can do. Alumni meet also celebrated in our institute in which almuni of nit Jamshedpur visit to our institute and celebrate the function with their friends.

Admission in NIT Jamshedpur is done by the entrance examination known as JOINT ENTRENCE EXAM, JEE. According to rank of an individual, one can get college and stream on basis of their preference. The admission process consists of many rounds and according to rank they got admission.

Facilities are highly qualified and has very deep knowledge in their respective fields. But on the other hand some of them do not want to give lecture and they mostly cancel the classes.This something favours somebody who were preparing for competitive exams.
