Excellent college with lot of facilities and learning platforms

There are more positive points than negative points any way il say some negative things which i feel about this college. The mess food is not that much nice. Sometimes the food is excellent and sometimes the food is worst. And another one problem is our college is always changing the faculty. New teachers are hired and old staffs are changed. One of the positive points is our college is in an excellent area which is very nice.

Anna university curriculum is one of the best curriculums in india.the exams were kinda frequent but it was for the best of us to score good marks in the semester exams. Labs and other activities are fine. We can chill in this college but sometimes its kinda hectic.

Our college has great placements because our college is situated in the middle of an IT park. Our college is surrounded by many IT companies such as infosys, Tata consultancy, cognizant, syntel etc. All of these companies come to our college for recruitment. This year many students got good placements in these companies. Yes our college provides many internships from first year to final year. They have partnership with internshala a platform for students to obtain internships across the nation. Many companies have connection with internshala and can get internships easily with good stipend.

Our college conducts a lot of events. They conduct a national level symposium for all the students every year. We have sports day, bus day, etc our hostel day is coming this week on Saturday and we are excited for it. Our culturals day will be held in next month. There are a lot more events which they conduct frequently like student workshops, motivational speakers come and speak, english literature club etc. There is no shortage of events in our college.

Because of less strength in engineering our college currently has feasible fees. I joined thourough management and they asked only 80 thousand as annual fees including college fees, hostel fees and mess fees.

I didnt apply for scholarship as the fees they offered was itself low. But they do offer many scholarships to the students who are in need.Scholarships are available for students with good cgpa and for first graduates.

Our college is a vwry independent college. Yes there are hostel day parties. Lots of workshops are held in our college. Our college os free from rascisim, gender inequality, religion etc. Its a secular college.

There are separate hostel buildings for each year. There are Non Ac rooms and Ac rooms. The Non AC rooms are twin sharing basis rooms. They are kind of small but its ok for two persons. They provide bed, tables and chairs and good wardrobe to store things. The Ac room is big and 3 sharing basis. Its bigger ans better than non ac rooms.

All the seniors in my college are very nice people. They are ready to help with anything whether its about studies or sports or events they happily help you.The encourage you in many activities and sports.

At first i applied for B. tech IT in this college thourough anna university counselling. After applying my father spoked to the college management. The college management told not to apply counselling. I did not understand why they told like this.Then they told that they will give admission thourough management quota with fees less than that pf counselling fees. So we happily accepted the offer and joined in this college. The admission staffs were very kind and one of the best. At first i wanted to take computer science engineering. Later i took Information technology because i liked it much better. The admission process was very simple and easy. I recommend this college to anyone.

Our college has some great faculty members and are ready to help us in any issues. The teaching is great and they have good qualifications.some of the faculty members are doing phd while some are young staffs.
