Know about my college

The positive remark is the environment for study is good and we have good professors and they are kore concentrated towards study. The negative remarks I wanna give is that there must be a much more good infrastructure and more numbers of extra curicular activities and internship as well as placement opportunity should be made.

Well the course provided is good only but still there are many things needed to be added to it like the practical experience which is lacking we are provided with theortical knowledge the most. Also there should be many industrial visits. Internship should be provided by the college. And about the exam structure it's pretty simple and good. We have our mid sem exams of 30 marks and the final exams of 70 marks. These both are considered and our final results are made. There are 8 sems a cummulative of all the sems are made and we get the final CGPA

The placements and opportunities provided by our college has increased from the year I have graduated I. E. 2019. But the package provided by all of them is low like upto 2.5 maximum. But still they are doing best to there efforts to bring as many companies as many they can. And about internship no internship is provided by the college. We have to search it at our own.

There are two main events celebrated in our college Brinzngr which happens in odd sems and youth fest in even sems.Brizingr is special event at our college but youth fest is made in overall GTU. Other than that many technical events happens like technospark, poster and paper presentation, elocution, hakathon etc. Sports activity also happens in which badminton, cricket, kho kho etc are played.

The fee structure is very feasible as it's a government college. The fee for girls is 0 rs and boys is 1500 other than that we have to pay exams fees every sem about 750 rs for girls and 1500 for boys. And there no other expenses other than that.

There is no scholarship provided by the college. We have to fill our form for national scholarships only if we want it. I have not taken any loan neither have heard of because it's not been provided.

The extra curricular activities involve sports lab and there is no biasing made on the basis of gender or religion, race, politics or economy. We all stay together and no discrimination is made. There are no dorm parties or workshops. Only a auditorium is present and that also can be opened with the permission from the head and that too fir the professional work only

Well there's no girls hostel two boys hostel are only present because our college is in the outskirts inside a small village and the girls feel safe to be in the city. So I don't have any idea about how it's inside the hostel.

Yaaa definitely they are helpful. The advices given by our seniors related to our professors or be it telling us about how to prepare what books to take, how to do things that will impress professors. And I haven't met any aluminium members but only my senior students.

I appeared for JEE exam and 40% of the marks from JEE was considered and the other 60% from the marks you got in your boards. Both were combined and the merit list was made. Now, we had to fill the form in ACPC wherein we had to select the college and course in order which we want the most. If our rank comes in the range for that particular course and college we were granted admission to that. There were 4 rounds. The first was mock so that we can understand how it will work. 2nd and 3rd were online and 4 th was offline. In 2nd round if you were granted with the college and you accept it you get admitted to that college but if you don't wanna join there then you don't have to accept and apply again for the next round. Now during this time whatever the college you get you automatically get admitted into it and your previous admission gets cancelled. And if you are still not happy with it, you have to apply for the last round but fir that you need to go to the ACPC office situated at ahmedabad LD college.

Many are well qualified and know how to teach, many have the knowledge but don't know how to give it to us in correct way, and a very few handful amount like 1 or 2 professors I feel di not have the knowledge. HOD of our department is the best one. The qualification that the professors have is many of them are Ph. D holders, maximum have M. tech and very few are of Bachelors degree and are continuing their study in masters.
