College is good give nice placements labs are also good with lots of pc available for students. But with good bad also came the faculties are rude and very low qualified some of them have only mastered from a local college. And the fee structure is also a bit high
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is somewhat rigid and ancient theory is more than that of labs. There are way too much assignment records practicals presentation paper and exams so days are hectic. The timing is also very stretched over 8 hours which make it monotonous at times
Placement Experience
Placement is very good which is the main reason everybody Join SRM the average salary is 3-5 lakhs per anum which goes to 35-40 lakhs per anum. MICROSOFT ADOBE many Indian startup also visited PayPal took interns
College Events
We hosted AARUSH MILAN TEXUS STRING etc they are all very big many famous singer dj comes. We hosted technical workshops and also hackhathons walkathons every Saturday some club teach something about programing or stuffs
Fee Structure And Facilities
Tuition fees is 250000 inr and 25000 is for career development fees they teach us Javascript html etc also another 5000 for books and stuffs. In my opinion it's bit high comparing to other college The high fees is justified foe main Campus But other campus it's bit high comparing the facilities we get
Fees and Financial Aid
The gave some scholarship for 1st 10000 students on merit list and also to the topper of Jee mains and advanced qualifiers also they gave scholarship to the board toppers and state toppers. Also if you maintain gpa over 9 they gave scholarship
Campus Life
There are many clubs technical and non technical alike you Can choose according to you. Every weekend some events are held by those clubs. The student diversity is high. The college have high influx of students from Northern parts of India. Tolerance is low there is always a visible difference between north Indians and south Indians
Alumni/Alumna
College seniors are good they help juniors on subjects guide them. The seniors recruit juniors for their clubs and teach them various things related to the subjects. Alumni are not that much famous. Never heard of a srm alumni
Admission
Our college is one the best engineering private college in India with high Placement rate. We gave a entrance exam SRMJEE. The exam consist of Maths bio physics chemistry. I opted for computer science engineering because i have a knack on computer and want to create my own software company
Faculty
Professors are not that qualified they teach well and efforts are good but accent is not that good. Some professors are way too egoistic and thinks very high of themselves also some of them are very strict too
