Very good college and really enjoyable during studies.

Entrance Preview

It was my ambition to become mechanical engineer i scored 85 marks in the entrance exam this college is near to my native place and also it is one of the top college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is acceptable and it is not too tough and Faculty are very friendly and co-operative. I got very good faculty and I am in contact with them still. I also meet them regularly when I go to my native place some faculty are really help in all aspects.

Internships Opportunities

I want to TVS company for an Internship no amount was paid but knowledge gain was more and very useful.

Placement Experience

During my studies, placement opportunities were less now it is improved during my studies ashok leyland and TVS company had come for our campus interview. They selected very few candidates for computer science branch opportunities were more. They offer a very good package for computer science students.

College Events

This is the best college I feel regarding college festivals every four year once they celebrate an inter college festival. Also every year there will be an annual festival also we use to have many festivals in our hostel where we stay. Methodology for conducting festivals are very good all the students become unity during festivals.

Fees and Financial Aid

Annual scholarships are available also Merit Scholarships are available educational loans facility also available.

Campus Life

Campus life is excellent girl and boys ration is reasonable in our class very less girls but in computer science branch as usual more girls. Extra curricular activities are very much available it is encouraging to participate in all activities. People are very cooperative and unity staffs are also very good many more competitions are there.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is excellent also i feel this college hostel is best in all aspects unlimited entertainment throughout the day and throughout the year we use to celebrate many festivals in our hostels like sports and cultural really superb and still I am remembering.

External Expense: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is good our friends are still in contact and meet every year some times when they are free and discuss about past events.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Students through councling receives great offers in fees structure and for toppers having 190 +cutoffs get more offers like 50000 off over all fees will be 6-7lakhs for 4 years ,and moreover the fees was increasing year by year for the demand of this course and for management students the the donation for the courses is varies for example for cse course the donation will be 4lakhs and fees will be 3.8lakhs for other courses the fes structure will be varied the best part of this college is the food on a week only Friday we will have veg and for all other days we will have nonbeg

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

College with good environment, teaching and placements

I have applied for firstly SSN and write exam but i not able to get it. I get here through TNEA, it is a counselling condued by State government for engineering students. The process is based on physics , chemistry and biology marks they give rank and you get seat according to that, i get a college and course on my preference. I choose this college because of the reputation I applied for PSG tech,CIT , TCE ,SKCT,KCT I got confirmed in TCE ,SKCT,KCT i choose this because it is a aided college,and it has reputation for Vbabout 70 years I didn't have the cut off eligibility for CIT and PSG there are two ways to join our college One is through merit based management They conduct a counselling among the applied and seat is allotted to the highest cut off holders among the attended Two is government counselling You need apply for the counselling and if you are elig You will alloted For state board you need above 188 cuttoff for management seat And above 192 for self supported seat Above 196 for aided seat...Read More
