Nothing is negative everything about this college is great. I am enjoying very friendly atmosphere from the day I join in this college. Clean classrooms, bathourooms and campus. WiFi facilities are available. So everything is good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Courses are well prepared to give you a storng knowledge about your subject. It will help you in your Masters and Research level studies. Our college exams are in semester system. Every semester promiss to occurred in every 6 months after but sometimes it take place in 5 months.
Placement Experience
As a government college and only offers you Major courses our college not give that much job opportunities in first place. But there are certain companies and institution that comes every year to give hope to job seekers.
College Events
Our college is well known for it's cultural activities. At the very beginning of the session every department students give their passout seniors a warm farewell and their new commers a fresher's party. Then our college union organize an open freshers for all college new commers. We celebrate our college socials after the semster in December and college organize annual program in February. Songs, Literature, Quizes and many more programs are included in it.
Fee Structure And Facilities
College will charge 2200rs. for the admission included the 1st sem fees. After that you have to pay every semester For Honours students fees is 625 rs. For General students fees is 425 rs. For lab students the fees are 200rs. extra
Fees and Financial Aid
As per as I know. Our college do not offer any kind of scholarshis for the students. Also no loan facility has offered. Because it's an government college and maintained by state government state government offers many sscholarships like SVMCM.
Campus Life
College students gender ratio is almost equal. We have a college union that has been selected by the students itself by voting. They organize many cultural programs thourough out the year. We have a students body union to prevent all type of ragging, racism, sexism and others.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors are very helpful to us. They help us in every wayy. We have a great alumni network. Almuns spread all around the world but they still visit their college. That shows the love and affection of the almuns.
Admission
After 12th board results had published, my college started the admission process. Almost 4000 people applied in different courses. Per applicant can apply max. 3 sub(s). I applied for History and English. After the admission dead line had passed, they had prepared a merrit list. After that 1st list came out and followed 2nd, 3rd, 4th. I got admission in 1st list in both subjects. I choose to read History Honours.
Faculty
My college faculty is high profiled and well qualified. The only problem is there are very lac no. of professors. In our department we have 5 profs who contamited classes of 1 hour. They try to cover the syllabus within 4 monts.
