One of the best college in Bangalore to study.

Positives- Good faculty. Nice environment for study. Great laboratories. Overall good placements. Fees is not so expensive. Best college for sports. Negatives- Placement in core companies is not so good. Infrastructure is not so good.

Course curriculum is set by the University (VTU) which is pretty good. Exams are also conducted by the University. Labs were very good and faculty was very helpful. Engineering is a very hectic course but the faculty always made us comfortable.

Overall placements were nice. Most of placement companies were from IT sector. Placements of core branches like Electrical, mechanical and civil engineering in there core companies is not good. Most Students of such core branches have to move towards IT sector or go for off campus placement.

There was an annual college cultural festival called kalanjali. Almost every college in Bangalore is invited to participate in it. It is celebrated for 2 days every year. Other than that every branch have their own festival.

Fee structure is very feasible if you take admission by entrance examination KCET. But it will be expensive if you take admission by COMET-K exam or by donation. The average annual fees by KCET students was 50000, and average annual fees by COMET-K students was 175000, and average annual fees by donation candidates was 300000

There are many scholarship offered by the state government and central government which can be applied by the students. From my knowledge the college don't provide any kind of scholarships. Same with the loan.

The college environment was very diverse. Students were from different regions, religions, cultures, states. The labs were great and have huge play ground, indoor stadium, cricket, football ground, tennis, basketball court.

Seniors were very nice. No ragging in the college. There many groups in Facebook and other social media network we can contact our seniors or alumni. College held an alumni day every year for interaction with alumnus of the college.

I was interested in Electrical engineering so I gave KCET exam. And got this college on my merit base. KCET was conducted by kea. Anyone can give this exam after there 12th. After exam kea verify the documents. The whole procedure takes approximately 1 month time.

The faculty of the college were very nice, helpful, motivated and innovative. Almost every faculty was specialised in their respective subjects. The management also takes students opinion and feedback on the faculty regularly.
