My Review

skit is a perfect college for those who are interested in seriously pursuing his career in engineering and management. the college tends to help students in every manner,whether its a problem regarding academics or management.

The course is not that easy as it follows course curriculum given by RTU(Rajasthan technical university), the internal exams are held twice a semester followed by practical exams and after that final university exams are conducted with university practicals.

SKIT is known to hold rank no.1 in rajasthan according to RTU. so, it catches the attention of a lot of companies such as Infosys,capgemini,pinnacle,cognizant and many more. the opportunity is quite favourable in compare to other colleges.also the Average package is 4.5 lac per annum.

Pravaah and Aaveg are the two main cultural and sports events held in skit every year in the month of february.In these events the college witnesses a gathering of around 7 thousand people including techers,students,professionals.

skit is affiliated to RTU so its fee structure is regulated by RTU as well. the fees is quite affordable,only 50 thousand rupees per semester for Electrical Engineering. A university exam fee is also charged before semester final examinations in order to make arrangements for allotment of examination centers.

At current i do not know of any such scholarship/loan facility offered by skit.over 2 years of my course,i have never heard of any scholarship or charity case in skit. In order to know of any such scheme one would have to meet the administration team of the skit.

skit provides many opportunities for students to take part in workshops,sports events,conferences etc.In sports events around equal number of boys and girls take parts.our college of Girls teams of basketball,volleyball,kabbadi,badminton and tennis.skit do no promote any religion,race,Ethnicity.

skit campus is free of ragging. this has led to a form a strong bond between seniors and juniors. the seniors tend to help in every manner possible,they guide juniors to perform better in their academics and extra curricular activities.as for alumni's,i have never met one, as they are mostly placed or are busy in startups.

I got admission thourough REAP which is rajasthan engineering admission process. its quite simple all you have to do is fill out the form online and based on 10th and 12th marks a merit list is generated.

the faculty consists of MTECH and PHD holders with more than 5 years of teaching experience, they show keen interest in providing the best knowledge to the students during experiments and lectures. even after the timings of lecture and labs students can call the teachers and ask for clarification for any problem.
