College Review Overall

Talking about course structure, As I am in mechanical engineering, So the syllabus of whole mechanical engineering is more or less same everywhere.But about research, there is some focus you can say for it, all you have to do by yoirself, If you vahe interest in doing something.Labs are open for you and some faculty are also of helping nature, but noone would force you to do that.3xams are very hectic, per semester there are two main exams and lot of vivas and equizzes are there.All are strictly checked and no looseness in invigilation.Obviously very hectic shcedule, we have to follow here.

One of the few things, I like most is the placement of this college.almost all the renowed companies come on this college like Google, microsoft, Arsecium, D.Shaw, Amazon and many more, and all the companies name I have written gave stipent of above 70, 000 per month for 2 month internship of students in third year.Tqking about final year placement, From record of 2019, approx 90% students got placeed in companies from CSE branch.In mechanical abourt 94% placement was seen that year.So placement is the thing which ranks up the college in MhourD ranking.

1.)Culrav-our annual cultural event which is happened every year in very big form.Celebrities and DJs are invited to perform. 2.)Avishkar-Technical event of our college in which technical events related to automation, enterprenurship, aeronoutics etc. events are organized. 3.)INTER NIT Ateletics meet 4.Inter Nit dance competitions etc.

Fee structure is affordable for middle class famely, but a bit expensive for poor students.So government gives concession for the fee.If your family invome is above 5 lacs then you have to pay full fee.If income is between 1 to 5 lacs then you have to pay one-third of the total tution fee.And if income is below 1 lac then you dont have to pay any tution fee, but you gave yo pay mess fee in all the above condition Per semester:- Tution fee-70, 000(includes hostel fee) Mess fee-15, 000.

1. Scholarship by UP Govt given to students whose parents have low yearly income. For this scholarship one has to be a resident of UP as well as have a income certificate to prove that his parents have low yearly income. Earlier the limit was 2LPA but now I guess it's 3LPA. 2. Scholarship given by MNNIT to 10% top students of each branch. 3. Scholarship to JEE Mains toppers.

Sufficient hostels are available for the students. No one needs to reside on PGs.Talking about hostel rooms, thenfor every year there are tifferent structuere of rooms.As I am in 3rd year.So the rooms are quite good and we are 2 students reside in 1 room and overall condition of the room is quite satisfactory.

When I was in 9th std. I developed Interest towards engineering.And we all know for engineering, best College in India is IIT/NIT, which are fully government colleges run by Indian government.So I set a target for these college.And for getting these college, We have to appear on an entrance exam.There are two stages for the entrance.First is JEW MAIN, thourougj which, we get NIT colleges and some IIITs.Second is JEE ADVANCED, thourough which we get IIT, So fortunately somehow, I got admission in NIT.

More or less, all institutes have same condition in field of teaching(taking about all NITs only).Some faculty are enthusiast to teach but some.only they come with sheets and just copy the content like any script without any explanation and then expect from us to get good marks and to know all things they giving in our question paper.
