The college is situated in the City and no issues of any transportation or services. Everything is easily accessible. However every college has some limitations. There are some restrictions on campus timings as well as food is of average quality
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is well crafted. Practical knowledge is given. Main focus is also towards research. Exams happen frequently and help in maintaining the flow during entire semester. Overall good course for Chemical Engineering
Placement Experience
Placements are average. Not many companies visit here. Also the average package in Chemical Engineering is below 6lpa. Most of the good placements are in Mechanical and Computer science. GATE scoce will be required for placement in PSUs
College Events
There are cultural, technical and sports events organised in the college on different intervals. Mostly the cultural event Eclectica is biggest in Central India. Sports fest are also organised on large scale.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Very Feasible as it is a government college. Though many institutions increase their fees on time basis but the fees of this college has not increased much. Very economical stay is also provided along with average food.
Fees and Financial Aid
Government provide Central Sector Scholorship Scheme where Interest subsidy on loan is given. One gets the loan and the entire loan interest is paid by the government for 4 years till the completion of graduation. There are other schemes too for reserved category students.
Campus Life
Good Labs, Sports grounds are in the campus. Labs are equipped with loads of materials. There is no discrimination is any place either on race, religion or gender. Though there are some restrictions on Girls Hostel time, else everything is equal
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. Many of the alumni often visit the campus and offer their best advice to the students. In whatever way they can help, they try to do so. Few events like Alumni meets are organised on regular basis so that interaction of College management remain in touch with the alumni
Admission
Admission is done thourough all India Engineering entrance exam which is also called JEE Mains. Merit is required for branch selection also. Very less NITs are in India and without Merit, not possible to get admission.
Faculty
Good Faculties with good knowledge. Most of them are Phd and have published many research papers. Faculties are generally in touch with students and helps them in other activities too apart from academics.
