Remarks

The college is best for such students who come from a poor economic background & are motivated for self study the college has produced many govt officials as well as high ranking proffessionals on pharma industry.

Entrance Preview

Haryana pharmacy entrance test merit based admission in counselling ata central location for all colleges for haryana state.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

There is a well defined curriculum with main subjects being pharmacognosy, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, analytical chemistry, biophaaceutics, anatomy & physiology, maths among others there are no electives in this technical degree course.

Internships Opportunities

There was no internship experience as it was not mandatory & college department was not keen on it so they did not invited any company few of us collaborated & invited few companies for campus placement in our college mainly in sales department.

Placement Experience

1

Everyone has to look out for him/herself as no company comes on its own however teachers do help masters students in getting jobs through a unorganised but still functional alumnus.

College Events

0.5

No such events are encouraged however we did celebrate lohri, welcome day for freshers & one day to adieu goodbye for seniors which is normally done organised & financed by students themselves.

Fee Structure And Facilities

This is the main usp for joining this college as the fees is meagre compared to private colleges even if you get allotment of hostels based on yearly merit it's cheap & most can easily afford the same fees structure is like my whole degree' fees was equivalent to one semester fees of a private college.

Fees and Financial Aid

No however for this college there might be some banks like sbi who can dash out education loan. Basically for the fees structure in place nobody needs loan my fees for the course was around 13000 annually, but still u can opt for education loan as you deem fit & Sbi is the preferred partner bank for the same student can also write to VC of university along with a copy to the department HOD for concession in fees as one of my colleagues did.

Campus Life

4

The campus is a university campus hence there are so many programs as well as tours expeditions, deans red organised by various departments as well as university itself most of good extra curricular programs are run by MBA department.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Mess food was ok as it is mostly managed by student body only hence all the dishes as well as daily routine is being managed by the group of students in charge of the mess canteen as elected by meeting.

Alumni/Alumna

The connectivity is very poor we are connected mostly through our teachers, many of whom have left the department however there is no formal alumni network there.

Exam Structure

A technical degree hence 9am -5 pm classes along with practicals almost daily are observed.

Faculty

2.5

As it was a govt college hence most of our course period there were few of the important professors missing pharmacology & medicinal chemistry but seniors helped out & mainly we have to manage on our own by self study.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was based on the university syllabus and covered all core subjects of pharmacy. It helped in gaining basic theory knowledge and exam focus learning. Subjects like pharmaceutics and pharma chemistry were useful for semester exams. However, the course lacked strong practical training and real world exposure. Teaching was more theory based and less skill based. Exams were held every semester with internal tests and final exams. The exam level was moderate and mostly memory based. The curriculum needs updates with industry skills, more lab work, and project based learning to prepare students for jobs and higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because it was completely my choice and also i have a great interest in the chemistry. This course prepares me to deal with the medicines and will give me great opportunities. The teaching methods can be improved by teaching with showing diagrams during theory class. The exams time which is 3 hours is sufficient according to exam difficulty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have decided to do that course basically because of my own choice and interest. This prepares to me for a better future carrier. The teaching method must be improved by teaching the syllabus in a slowed form. The exams are 3 hour long sometimes it is sufficient but in some lengthty writing subjects it is not as much sufficient

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to serve humanity, and this is the brightest side of this profession, and also this thing makes positive me every time. In this profession, you'll give direct services to humans, and also in the healthcare sector, your skills are also improving toward humanity. The faculty and student ratio is average likely 1:25. the faculty are very qualified in their field and very good experience they have. Also, they study students in such a way that they can understand the concept very easily. The semester exams are taken by the university every six months, the exams are a little bit difficult you need to study for the exams for getting a good score.
