COMMERCIAL COLLEGE

Positives are encouraging teaching faculty, hygienic, infrastructure, well structured library and the negatives are no proper placements I think the management should consider it as a serious issue rather than conserving about money, less parking space, no outdoor group, very less consession on college fee

We had 6 semester in totall with core and non core subjects as our college was afflicted to Bangalore University, we had a choice based curriculum from the University where students can choose their subjects upon their interest, we had practical exams on core subjects like programming, University exams were very strict and conducted in well manner.

The only part which screwed most of the students in the college is the placement cell, we expected a lot but got nothing from it, we used request the placement officer to offer us some summer internships but he never bothered and placements were not at all there that part does injustice to lot of people like me I suffered a lot with no proper placements.

We used celebrate an inter college fest called Cresindo it was a popular fest in the city of Bangalore we use to host it 20 plus colleges used to come and participate in the events we organized event on every domain fashion, gaming, sports, academic, painting and so on like a 20 plus events hav been organised.

They used to collect a lot of fee but in some cases failed to provide affordable resources as per the fee, initially it was like 65, 000+ to me at the first year then they used to increase every year by 10, 000 I don't know for what reason no extra resources have been provided but they used to collect extra fee every year.

Loan I dont know anything but they provide an option instead of paying the whole fee you can only pay half of it and can proceed with the existing semester and you can pay the rest in the upcoming semester, they were so strict about the fee, they used demand on spot fee no exceptions, if you pay then only you will be eligible to write exam and sit in college, they were so commercial and failed to provide adequate resources even though by taking lot of fee.

Labs were well equipped and maintained well I never faced any issues when it comes to labs and infrastructure of the labs, there is an indoor stadium on the top floor of the college it was maintained well and hygienic, sports faculty was so encouraging and admiring, some many workshops and international seminars were conducted at my presence in the college, we had NSS and NCC too.

Recently I had an alumni meet, The College alumni association have organized well, we played sports, met all the class fellas, spoke to all the faculty people they gave some career guidance, totally had a good time.

By my merit as im passionate about about IT, I choosed BCA course and I found the sindhi college would be the best, then I got an admission, few teachers are so encouraging & motivated me a lot to secure marks as well as knowledge in the domain finally with my all hardwork and their support I hav secured 8. 9 GPA with a topper tittle.

As I said before faculty was totally good and encouraging a lot, they used to send us to some other college fests and competitions, they remained us that academics not the only part students should be good at, few faculty people were so motivating and gad complete know on their subjects.
