My Review

College is located in the heart of city New Delhi. You are living in the posh area of Delhi. When you enter the campus, there is a amusing silence in the campus which makes me the experience a lot better.

Well the curriculum is quite flexible in IIT Delhi. For you degree you have to complete a certain number of core courses and electives. However there is no restriction on selecting selectives. You can do Humanities courses or any other Engineering branch courses too.

There is a Training and Placement Cell which helps students get placements and Internships. For placement around 300- 400 companies visit the campus. The salary offered is highest among other institutions. Even the stipends given are quite surprising.

IITD hosts a cultural festival called Rendezvous every year in November. Artists from around the world come here to entertain the Delhi crowd. Tryst our Technical fest is also quite famous. Management School also organises their fests.

Rs 200000- For students whose parental income is greater than 5 lakhs. Income 1- 5 lakhs- 90000, Under 1 lakh- 15000. The fees is bearable and MCM scholarships are also provided on income and merit basis. which solves the problem to a greater extent. It is also very easy to get an education loan.

IIT offers MCM scholarship which Merit Cum Means Scholarship. It is provided to students whose parents income fall under 5 lakhs. There are two categories. Parental income under 1 lakh and income under 5 lakhs.

Gender Ratio of IITD is not great. But it is improving every year. There are a lot of clubs here and students are aalways busy with academics, clubs, sports activities. People from religion, race, sexual orientation are accepted here without any sort of discrimination being faced by them.

Hostels rooms are clean and are provided with all the basic facilities. You have a bed, almira, mirror, study table, book racks. The rooms are allotted every year and are given on a shared basis. Washourooms are common for everyone.

IIT Delhi alumni network is very strong. You can find IITD alumnis working in top positions in Multinational companies. The network is quite strong and is quite helpful be it your placements, studies and in general normal college stuff.

IIT DelhI- Top engineering college in India. Cleared JEE Advanced 2016. Got IIT Delhi. JEE Advanced is considered to be the toughest exam in India. You have to study really hard for two years to get here.

Faculty of IITD is extremely great. Faculties have PHDs from highly reputed Universities from all around the world. They are humble, polite are always accomodating. It feels great to be a part of such Institute.
