Good

Staffs are good.It has 4 floor but we are not allowed to use the lift. We get daily morning workout climbing 4 to 6 floors. Office people in the counter are very slow they make us wait longer than usual.

In first year we have physics and chemistry cycle in 1st and 2nd sem respectively where we learn basics regarding subjects of other branches including physics and chemistry.in 2nd year brach subjects starts with core labs and subjects including optional subjects

Placement and job opportunity for mechanical and civil engineering is very poor.for our mechanical branch only Bosch came as core company other companies are all from IT sector which are good only for computer science students.for us mechanical students to get along with IT companies is difficult since we don't know any programming etc.now our placement officer has changed and it feels like he is taking more intrest to get placement for civil and mechanical students.

Kannada rajyotsava excellent programme by Basava T from mechanical dept is conducted. College day, ethnic day, conference s are also conducted.Mr and Mrs SDMIT, sports day, prize distribution, holi. Many training programmes are also conducted for self improvement of students.

Fee Structure is feasible.compared to other colleges our college fees is more feasible. SNQ quota students have about 19k approx don't know the correct numbers, cet approx.75 and management it was around 1 lakh now it's about around 1.5 for mechanical engineering.and for computer science and other branches it's near 1 lakh now.

Sports are also good here in ujire, the sports socity is one of the best in our area.inter college matches like net ball.badminton, kabbaddi, volleyball, cricket tournament are taken out and outstanding training is given to the students who are interested, gym is available at a wonderful cheapest cost of 500 per year and free for hostellites.

I'm actually a localite but I have visited 4-5 times.the rooms are best.they have 4 beds with 4 tables with cubords.and with high speed wifi facilities.and healthy food. security inside the hostel is also good.

There is no ragging in our college. Ragging free.seniour students are helpful.there is no any problem faced by anyone student faculty is good. There is no election conducted in our college.for talented students it is very best opportunity to improve your skills.

I went to the reciptionist and collected the admission form.They checked pu marks of PCM subjects and gave all my 10th and pu certificate and study certificate to the college and declaration had to be made behalf of college. I checked the fees details in the notice board for my branch. I went to the bank and made a DD in the name of college of respected fees to be paid. With the admission got filled up again went to the college and gave admission form and DD to the counter outside office and obtained the fees receipt.

Our mechanical branch faculty is good.don't know about other branches.our branch lectures are friendly supportive.they discuss all important question which will help us during semester exams.office people are very slow in collecting fees and all.
