The college is the best option for pharmacy education in Kerala. It is a pioneering institute emphasizing on research. The college is ranked 15th in all India and 1st in Kerala in rankings. It has an advanced nanocenter near the campus. The hospital near by provided center for practice. Apart from Bpharm, MPharm PharmD and PhD courses are also available

The curriculum is implemented by the PCI in all India basis. Hence the college has nothing to do with it. The 1st 2 semesters are very relaxes. 3rd and 4th are manageable. 5th and 6th semesters are hectic. 7th and 8th semesters are easy so that plenty of time is available for project research and gpat.

4 to 5 companies are appearing for opportunities. A new public relations manager has been assigned to invite companies for placement. Biocon and IQUVIA are among the companies that offer campus selection. The scale is from 1.5 lpa to 2.5 lpa

An elaborate and extensive arts fest titled Dhwani is conducted every year. It includes literary items, performance arts and speaking events. it spans for almost 3 weeks Afterwords a sports fest titled Udghosh is conducted. It includes cricket, football, indoor games and athletics The college also conduct onam celebration, pharmacy week, national science week and various other events

The fees is around 1.75 lakhs. It includes all the fees including yearly fees for gym, fees for transportation, fees for publication, print and other media. The tution fees make up 85000, 59000 for hostel including mess fees and the remaining for all other necessities.

Loans are accepted. The college provides all necessary documents for requesting a bank loan. A loan from any bank is accepted. The fees is to be remitted in the start of the year. The college also allows fees to be paid as installment.

The college is mainly enrolling girls. There are about 15 boys for 60 girls in average. Diversity in religion is registered. Students from various faiths including Buddhism are present. However religious tolerance, in a very minute scale, is scared. No intolerance based on cast or sexual orientation had ever been observed.

Hostel rooms are well spaced well ventilated and well lighted. A bed, study table and a wardrobe is provided. The hostel has non stop supply of water and provided generator in case of electric failure. The place is equiped with surveillance cameras. Playground is also present.

The alumni include students enrolled in NIPER, BITS PILANI, IIT and other prestiges institutions. The college arranges alumni meets. The students are given chances to interact with the alumni and to guide the younger batches with their experiences.

I joined ASP after recommendation from friends and family in this field. I registered in the college website and payed a non refundable challan of 20000. I was called for the interview after i was placed in the merit list. The interview was short and concise. The interview was conducted by the dean of research for AIMS and the principal. The interview mainly focused on the inteset behind the selection of course.

Most of the faculty are PhD scholars or are pursuing PhD. Most of them are experienced and well read in their respective fields. They are energetic, charismatic, vibrant and mindful. They take initiative to make the students interactive and to bring out the best in them.
