A very good place where you will gain knowlege and lots and lots of fun. Physics department is the best as i was the student of that department. Chemistry labs were awesome. If you are non med students then for labs you have to wait till 4 pm.
Course Curriculum Overview
Each year has 2 semester. Each semester has approx 8 exams. Labs will be 4 days in a week or 5 days in week depending on year. Exams are strict and you have to study if you want to pass s Courses aoffered are of 3 year an dmasters for 2 years
Placement Experience
Good job opportunity for bsc computer sciene and bca students but are less than any engineering college. Principal is trying his best to convince many MNC companies to take students from sd college. Placement cell incharge Mr. Naveen gulathi is also very helpful
College Events
Youth festival is the main event that is been celebrated every year jn our college. Flower show is organised by mathematic department. Science day is celebrated on 28th feb every year by physics and chemistry department. Many hero's and heroines also come for the publicity of movies
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible fee structure. The courses are offered by kuk are very cheap as sd college is a semi government college hence not expensive. Some technical courses like BCA has more fees because these courses are not offered by the kuk University
Fees and Financial Aid
College offers many scholarships to the needy students. I saw many live examples getting scholarships. Sc bc students will also get good scholarship from college side which is a good thing. If you got above 75 you will be elligle for merit scholarship.
Campus Life
Every year sd college remains on top for co curricular activities like youth fest. Every year maths department organises flower fest Every year we celebrated 28th feb as science day. On science day we can present our ideas and achieve good prices
Hostel Facilities
No hostels are there in sd college. As all the people and students do daily up fown from their respective villages. We ahve many direct busses running between several villages to sd college lahore ambala cantt
Alumni/Alumna
Allumni was very helpful all the time. No more interaction with seniors that was a big missing. Hardly 1 trip in one year that was also a drawback.yearC is very good. NCC was also very good. Ncc is best in sd college.
Admission
A detailed merit list will be displayed according to the 12th marks. After completing your 12th you have to apply for the course from college website and pay to get prospectus. After that teachers will guide you.
Faculty
Faculty is very vell qualified. Every teacher has to complete his / her masters with bed or phd. Senior teachers are all PHD in their subjects and been studying from more than 20 years. Apart from that they hire teachers also on comtract basis.
