Remarks
I personally would rate the college 7/10. The good things are the fellowmates, the lecturers and the events. Bad ones are the placements were not upto the mark in the end as they were at the start and the fees structure was a bit higher.
Course Curriculum Overview
Campus placements are good at the start but later on placements were bad, no top company came and the package was also not so good. The college didn't keep much interest in the placements side and the one who was in charge to bring the companies to our college for placements has left the college so the placements percentage was decreased.
Placement Experience
Companies like ADP, IDBI, Aparna Enterprises, HGS etc. had visited the college for placements. They conduct two rounds of interviews in the college and the selected persons are called for the remaining final rounds at the company. The college conducted some CRT classes and they were not upto the mark and the placement percentage was 10 approx.
College Events
They conducted freshers and farewell every year including some fests like the traditional day, food fest and some events in the middle. Some of them were good and the participation was also upto the mark in each and every event almost whole college attended for freshers and farewell.
Fee Structure And Facilities
30,000 is the fee for B.com Generals and 40,000 for B.com computers. There is no breakdown in the amount, fee is same for all the students expect for one or two. The college accepts only cash payments for fee. There is no payment to be made in any course to secure the admission.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the college provided the scholarship opportunity for the students and there is no any eligible criteria to apply the scholarship I think so. Students have to submit the required documents to the person who's in charge for the scholarship application and the remaining work will be done by that person. Average sum is around 10,000.
Campus Life
Interior of the college was very good with neat classrooms and AC's, there's no ragging and things. Events are conducted now and then and at our time they conducted cricket one in each year but it was not that interesting and there are no student parties.
Alumni/Alumna
I personally didn't interact with any senior students but some of them were good and some of them shows some rude behaviour towards juniors.
Admission
I opted for this course because I had interest in accounting side (I chose MEC in intermediate so it's the right course) and I chose this college because it's new at the time when I joined it and I heard that it is a good college and it's near to my home so that it will be easy for me to travel.
Faculty
We had around 6 lecturers including the languages with an average age of 35-40 plus and PhD qualified. Some of them were very good at the subject while some of them doesn't have that much grip on the subject, but all the lecturers were kind towards the students all the time.
