Everything about college is perfect.the one thing there should be more placements

The course is completed in 6 semester. Both theory and practical are there. We have to take sections of plant part and mitosis and so on. This is helpful to understand more about the topic. We visited kerala agricultural University different botanical gardens, NBPGR and various research stations in kerala

There is no placements for our course. Vipro and appolo are the companies visited for placement. About 30 students were selected

All the cultural festivals are celebrated like Onam, Chouristmas, holi, perunnalu, etc and various fest are also conducted by the departments. The department of computer science will conduct the fest and other colleges are also invited. National seminars are also held by various department

Fee structure is feasible. The fee was 3000 for a year including PTA Fund. Payment is accepted by cash. There is no additional fees for securing admission. And also have concession to reservation categories. The fee structure is available in the prospectus of calicut university. And we can also enquire with the college

We can apply all the scholarships provided by kerala government. National meet cum merit scholarship, post metric scholarship, e grand. 1st one is based on merit and other two are for economically backward students who have annual income less than 1 lakh and for reserved students

This is woman's only college. Ncc, Nss, various clubs such as sports forestry etc. The college is well known in sports especially in basketball, volleyball and football. Labs are perfect and various competitions will be there to drag out the talents. National service scheme is ment for social service. Ncc is also there

Hostel facilities are there. Hostel is just 200 m away from college. All the facilities are provided there. One room will be shared by 4. Warden will be there to guide everything.around 100 students are there in hostel. Caution deposit of 10000 should be paid during the time of admission.

Every January 26 is celebrated as Alumne day and then we can interact with them. So many people are in higher position. Professors. scientist. social worker etc. They gained confidence from this institution. And thourough their conversations we get a positive energy to do works

I love trees and plants that's why I choose this course. St Joseph College is a woman's college. It would be a great platform to digg out our talents. Our college is one among the best womans college in kerala and well known in sports and academic. And the teachers and mode of teaching is good. This was I heard from my cousin. Facilities are also fine. College is affiliated to calicut university. The admission is thourough online application. Calicut university will call for the admission. Then we can opt the college and courses. Admission is based on mark now it is a autonomous college so admission Is based on online application. This is a 3 year degree course which consist of 6 semester. The teaching personalities are qualified with pg and PhD with net. They are associate or assistant professor. Hod is 53 year old and she is a PhD holder. Another 3 faculty are assistant professors of 35,38 and 50 age and they are also doctorate holders. And one lecturer is a scientist he found a new species of banana. And published theasis in national journal. Apart from the core course there are complimentary courses zoology and chemistry. The lecturers are also PhD holders and have the qualification prescribed by ugc
