The college was established in 2002, and it has transformed from being a normal college to being a global brand.
Course Curriculum Overview
Its a college affiliated with VTU and the course is set by the same. The curriculum is outdated and the course offered is more focused on theory as compared to practical knowledge. Thus i would suggest not to go for the university but the college is good nonetheless.
Placement Experience
The placements from our college has been greatly increased in terms of quality as well as quantity. Big companies offering good packages have.
College Events
The events in our colleges are less than adequate. The events are dull and need lots of improvement. The shows conducted by our colleges were only attended by the college students of sjec as no one else attended the functions and those also were forced.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was feasible. There were many options to be paid from. We had many options to chose from, CET had a different fee structure and so was management fee was quadruple of cet, around 2 lakhs. Thus it is not very expensive when compared the other colleges

No loan or scholarship taken by me during the tenure but i have heard the college is supportive of these opportunities
Campus Life
They were good, there were many clubs in our college like sae, robotics club etc. Which provided many opportunities to learn. The only issues with our college was the funding issues which were solved by the students by crowdfunding or asking for donations.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, i had taken the hostel facilites on a double sharing basis. The food was good, we used to get non veg food on a daily basis except on fridays, and we used to get special food on special occasions.
Alumni/Alumna
The college provides nostos for the alumni's, which is a good initiative by the college which was not expected to be honest.
Admission
I always had an interest in mechanical engineering and went to study the same course in the college. The first year was tough but after we were inducted in our own fields, i was satisfied with my choice. The process was simple, a small interview and i was in.
Faculty
The faculty of our college is good and they engage themselves with you pro actively. Even though the uni is the complete opposite of the college. The professors are very seniors and have enough experience which helps you tackle situations accordingly.
