College is good despite it requires better infrastructure.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course consists of 8 semesters. Every semester has a minimum of 5 subjects and can have 6 too. There are practical labs every semester (at least 2). Exams structure is 50% end sem +30 midsem+ 20% internal. I think it is relevant and student-friendly so that we can study for other career options too.
Placement Experience
The placement of CS Branch is significant and they have an average of 14 LPA. From this year branches like civil have uplifted in terms of placement. The mechanical sector is a bit down so there is a bit downgrade with placement percentage 84 and average 6.8 LPA. Electrical and ECE branches are second best after CSE.
College Events
Ojass - techno-management fest Culfest - cultural fest Urja - sports fest Ojass has a football of 25000 while culfest has 27000 While urja is only for college students so every college student is a member indirectly. There is also branch fest for specific branches like cognition for mechanical.
Fee Structure And Facilities
1,04,000 per semester for general category students 41,000 for sc/st students. Also, it has fee waivers for students whose annual income is below 5 lakh which 66.6% for student having ince between 1 lakh to 5 lakh and 100% for students having income less than 1 lakh.

Sbi student loan. I availed it through sbi branch in my college Eligibility is that every student of nit can avail it.
Campus Life
The campus is developing though it is quite good. Labs are maintained. Sport is a major part of college life and college provide world-class equipment to play There are robotics clubs that participate in various countries across the nation Gender ratio is 8:1.
Hostel Facilities
Yes. There are mega hostels with 600 rooms having 6 blocks and a total of 7 floors Every block and floor has different toilets and washrooms and there is also a geyser facility and rooms are well maintained too.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes being a part of the technical team alumni are very helpful for sponsorship and they guide us during alumni meet too.
Admission
Passed intermediate with PCM(physics, chemistry, maths) and score at least 75% marks because it is the basic eligibility required to appear in JEE Mains, appear in JEE Mains, and get a good score. Admission to NIT is done purely on your JEE Mains score. Note that you only have three consecutive attempts to write JEE Mains. Given JEE mains in January and April and the best rank was of January so got addmission through that.
Faculty
Most of the faculties are up. To mark. 40 lectures per semester are there for each subject. The average age is approx 48. And for industry experience, we have industrial visits for the betterment of students. Qualifications for every professor are minimum holding Ph.D. degree from any premier institute like IIT NIT etc.
