The bad remark about university is that there is no any student union so that if any problem happens to the students they could approach them. Not having a student union can be also good for someone

Well the curriculum is quite dynamic of this institution means the curriculum regulates itself as per the industry demand.Being a minority institution, it doesn’t follow any orthodoxical practice. Its ambience is quite similar to other university of Delhi. To be honest placement is not done in my Law Faculty but in other facilities like engineering,MBA etc. placement use to happen there. Exam pattern of this university is based on semester system. There are 2 semesters in a year.

As I have mentioned above that there is no placement in my Law Faculty because most of the students of for Judicial services and in regard to other faculty the placement is quite good in faculties like engineering and MBA. Students of every faculty get internship in fact we too. There is no issue of getting internship. I will do internship from this year only as I am in 2nd year.

Well event happens regularly in my university in large numbers as there are more than 25 departments in my faculty. We have a big central auditorium where can hold the crowd up to 10k. We organise every type of events like, Dance competition, Mushaiyeara, Singing Competition, Bike show, DJ night etc.

The fee is quite low like the maximum fee of any course here is 60k. Since I am in a self Financing course of B.A.LL.B I use to pay 40k annually but the same students who are not in self financing course pay 10k annually. You can pay fee by any method like by cash or by online.

No, Since the fee of my course is quite low, I didn’t find any need of getting scholarship or loan. But If someone is not financially good he/she can get scholarship here. Many organisations of teachers and Alumni are ready for providing scholarship.

The campus life of the university is quite calm and greenery. you can find trees and flowers every where, I is quite peaceful.Extra -Curricular activity is organised is every faculty and also on university level. University has its own clubs like, cultural club, deabating club, Eco-club, Litereary club which are responsible for organising the functions in the university

No, I didn’t opt for hostel. But hostel of this university is quite good the problem is that very few students get hostel beacuse hostels are not more in number and they can accommodate very few. Students get hostel on the basis of their economic condition, marks and sometimes by Jack. Although there are many PGs nearby Jamia which can cost about 8k /month

Yes there is a Alumni association in my university which works for the betterment of the students.They are like our elder brother, you have to approach them for any work. They are always ready to help you

I got admission thourough entrance test. The entrance was held in the month of June and Rusult was announced in the month of July. I was in the waiting list and my waiting got confirmed in Muslim category.I opted for law because I am inclined to serve justice to the people of India ?? and I want to directly influence the society, I think a judge or a lawyer has the ability to make difference in the society directly. I have choosen Jamia Millia Islamia because of its location and it’s reasonable fee.

Maximum no of Professors are P.H.D degree holder and they have qualified NET. The average age of Professors is 40 year. Maximum teachers are very well versed with the subject they teaches very few are not good. Their pedagogy is good, they teaches in way so that every student could easily get understand. The professors have done many researches on their particular subjects and they have published many journals.
