Course Curriculum Overview

Very good internship programme and ward work. There are 4 academic years in a course of 5 years. 1st year id about 10 months. Then there's this famous Aiims trip for 15 days. There are medical symposiums. 2nd year is 1.5 years long. 3rd year is if 1 year. Final year of. 1 year. Internship for 1 year.

Medical College does not have placements. There's just internship which is 1 year rotatory internship.

Cultural fests- Antarang, Astitva Academic fest- Auxesis Antarang is marathi festival with authentic maharashtrian culture. It includes shivaji rally and lazeme, dindi, folk dances, acts and street plays. Antarang is the grand college fest and includes dance, fashion show, comedy show, dj, concert, melody night and much more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible. The general category students have to pay a yearly fees of about 60 thousand rs for which all the receipts are provided to them. Hostel fees is rs 4000 per year with all the facilities included. For other categories, yearly academic fees is just rs 1000 instead of 60k.

Fees and Financial Aid

There were scholarships if you get good grades in the final exams each year for all the students so there's no need for loan

Campus Life

Campus life is awesome. All the canteens are very good and hygienic. Campus is very spacious with greenery. Safety measures are taken. There are guards and on duty constables available. There's no restrictions for boys nad girls. Girls are expected to enter the hostel premises by 0:15.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very helpful. They are like family. There is no ragging at all in any form whatsoever. Best environment.

Admission

1 of the best medical colleges in India. Admission is on the basis of merit. With state and other quotas. General quota people have to secure a state rank of upto 350 or less for admission in this college. For other quotas it goes upto 1000's of rank.

Faculty

Student friendly lecturers. Cases explained practically. There is seperate faculty for each subject from each department. The teachers themselves ar doctors. They teach their topics in the most practical way and updates the students about newer advances in medical field.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course because I wanted to become doctors from most prestigious college of India. I didn't get seat in AIIMS Delhi so then I choose this college as it is near my home town. The students faculty ratio is 70:12. All the faculty are passed out doctors so they are highly qualified and they teach us in such a way that no need to ask for any doubts. The university conducts exams after every 3 months and we all have to work very hard to pass the exams.
