My College

Remark All i can say that this college has everything that a college should have to make a 12th passout into an Engineer in 4 years.

The teaching method is interactive and totally according to the course. Course curriculum is well maintained and structured with keeping main things in mind that this all should/must benefit the students in their intellect skills. Various projects and assignments helps them to learn and research various things which make better learners.

Placement of my college is quiet good when it comes to IT sectors. I can say its like 90%. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Paytm, IBM, and various more visit our college for placement drives.

We have a annual fest known as ZEALICON. this held every year for 3-5 days. It consists of: Robo wars Tech Quizzes Dance Singing Nukkad Natak Lots of interactive games DJ Night, etc Other than that we have sports week every year in which we covers outdoors sports like: Cricket Football Basketball Badminton Race Volleyball Tug of war Kabbadi,etc. & indoor games like: Chess Carrom Tech games(PC/laptop),etc Other than all of these we have various societies in which various events are held in every month almosts.

It's an engineering college but still the fee structure varies for different families. For example for me it is expensive but similarly for my other friends it was feasible. The amount was same for all but you can use scholarship to pay the college fee.

Actually in my case, the time i was being enrolled I had no idea about the scholarship stuff so I had to apply for education loan frkm my hometown bank branch (which was the biggest mistake of my life as i m still paying it). But when I got to know about the scholarship i applied for it. The college administration department help you out for it and the amount you will receive will be in your bank account.

Gender ratio varies from branch to branch like in computer science it is 1:1 but in Mechanical and civil it us 10:1. Diversity- students in our college were from mostly Uttar Pradesh it's like 70% and other 30% from other states of India with few NRI too. Extracurricular- College arrange industrial visits, intellectual programs for every stream. We have labs for every stream like chemical, fluid mechanics, hydraulics, mechanical, civil workshops, rcc lab, steel lab, computer labs, electrical lab,etc. All kinds of competitions are covered in ZEALICON, sports week, society events.

Alumni network- our college staff is connected with us via contact number, emails and social media. And with other junios and seniors in similar way. For example when i was a student my passout senior really help me a lot over phone calls and emails in various fields. And similarly last month my juniors had some issue and i help them out.

There is a state level entrance exam known as UPSEEE (Uttar Pradesh State Engineering Entrance Exam). I passed this exam in 2014 and secured a rank which is under the criteria for taking admission in this college. I opted for civil engineering and completed it. After the UPSEEE 2014 result counseling was done. After that i visited the college, complete my registration process. the faculty there help you out at every step.

Assessing faculty, when I was in my college there was time when our professors asked everyone to prepare presentation on different topics and show them in class which makes it more interactive. Doing so it helps students and as well as teachers. For students it improves their speaking skills, presenting themselves and how to Express themselves. And for professors these presentations provide the idea that how a student have potential and where he/she needs more work to do.
