Overall, good college with a healthy environment where one can learn and grow himself both personally and professionally. College gives you a vivid exposure to outside world where you can showcase your talent and grab what you want.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is nicely structured and understands the need of the industry. Course is divided in to eight semester in which there are different subjects related to core computer science. Computer labs are well equipped with latest hardware and software configuration.
Placement Experience
There are ample job opportunities offered by college during placement season. Reputed companies and MNCs offered jobs to our college students. Some companies offered stipend as well during training time. It was ranging between 15k to 20k monthly.
College Events
Many cultural and technical events were also organised by our college management on an yearly basis. Events include hackathon, dj night, debates, cultural events etc. Some celebrities are also invited to attend the cultural events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is affordable. It includes tution fee, hostel fees, mess fees, student development fess etc. Total fees for my course is around 150K including hostel fees. But best thing is there are no hidden charges apart from this fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship is available for all courses as per state government directives. For availing scholarship, you need to produce and submit income certificate of your parents. If you are eligible for scholarship, full tution fee will be refunded. Also, education loan facility is also available for all courses.
Campus Life
There are variety of extra curricular activities arranged and organised in college campus. There is zero tolerance policy for any kind of racism, religion, social and political status. Gender ratio is also good in college.
Hostel Facilities
No I have not opted for hostel. But you can rent a room or PG outside college. Cost of PG around college would be around 7-8K depending on the location. If you rent a room for accommodation it will cost around 5K.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, college is quite helpful to develop your alumni network. Alumni meet happens every year for all ex-student. College always send invitations to all alumnus. College seniors are always helpful and guide you in your studies and career development path.
Admission
Admission process includes a state wide entrance exam, after which there is a counseling for college seat in which we can fill college of our choice. I choose this course above others because it is a job oriented curriculum.
Faculty
Faculty is quite experienced and also have a proven industry experience as well. Faculties are humble and reachable, one can easily approach any faculty and clear or consult their doubts with teacher anytime.
