Tolani Institute of Management is a place which is allowing the students to fulfill their dreams of higher studies at such a nominal price, which is a remarkable thing. We learned a lot from the course and the curriculum was pretty updated and advanced. Infrastructure, extra-curricular activities, industrial exposure was remarkably good.

It establishes a contact and connection between students and instructors by stating the objectives and goals to be achieved at the end of the course. It sets the tone for the course by streamlining the content of course. It ultimately includes information that will facilitate the academic success of students. It informs students of the course structure, goals and learning outcomes. It outlines a student’s responsibilities for success. It defines a teacher’s duties towards the overall development of students. It describes the materials/activities that support learning outside the classroom.

The purpose of an internship is to provide real-world experience that enables you to put everything you've learned into action. An internship can help you gain skills that can be applied to future jobs. Internships may be paid or unpaid, and they tend to last about the length of a school semester or a summer break.

Social, Social, Social. With 90% of young adults using social media, there is no way around it. Get teachers and students involved. Hire an entertainer they'll know. If you can give something away for free, do it. Make it beneficial to bring friends.

Our placement cell is pretty much supportive and active thouroughout the year. From inviting companies for the recruitment drive to invited industry specialists for delivering guest lectures our placement cell was pretty efficient. Companies like Aditya Birla, essar, ashai glass, etc. visit our campus and offer students a decent salary package. Salary packages offered to the students range in between INR 3-7 LPA.
