College review

MUJ provides great opportunities and facilities to students as well as their employees. From infrastructure to academics everything is really good and it keeps on improving every day. The overall environment in campus is really positive and hygienic. It provides great opportunity to everyone who is a part of this University to grow and achieve more.

Exam structure and marking is based on relevant marking system. It maintains a good competitive spirit among the students which allows us to improve and do better. Industrial visits are organized for some specific courses. But there are special placement classes provided by placement cell.

One of the reason for taking admission here was campus placement of MUJ. Big IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, Delloite, Capgemini, TCS and many other companies visited our campus for placement drives for my course. There were many other big companies who visited for non technical positions too. Placement cell provides placement classes for students to prepare them for placement season.

Events in our college are always grand and amazing. Every fest end for 2-3 days. The hostel looks like there is a big carnival going on. Every teams works really hard to make every fest successful. Different colleges from different states participates in every fest. The grand event of MUJ is onerios which is cultural fest of college. Events like fashion show, DJ night, stand up comedy show,dance and music competition and visit of big celebrities makes it so grand.

College provide full transparency in the fee-breakdown. There is a registration fee that you pay when you register for the course. There is security fee that is paid during the payment of tuition fees. Security fee can be refunded after completion of your course. According to me the fee structure is justified in accordance of the facilities and quality the college provides. Fee can be paid online by net banking, paytm or by draft.

College provides different scholarships to the students. There are different scholarships for local student, sports scholarship etc that I'm not that aware of but you can visit the official college site for more description. There is one scholarship provided according to the 12th class percentage in every department. In this 5 students are selected from each department who scored highest in 12th class the student with highest grades is given 100 percent scholarship and other 4 are given some percentage of scholarship accordingly. Student have to maintain their semester wise GPA above 8 to be able to continue with the scholarship.

Campus environment is very positive and calm. Students here are from every corner of country. There are new foreign exchange students every year from different countries. The gender ratio is very stable here. There are different clubs specifically for different things like drama, music, robotics, environmental, art etc. Other then big fests there is always something going on like some competition, program, theater, open mic,debates, seminars,workshops etc to encourage students to present their talent and learn new things. Big influencers and guests keep visiting our college and provide seminars and lectures to provide a better perspective and opportunity to students about different fields.

Seniors are very helpful in all matters. They provide guidance and share their own experience regarding everything like their life in college, their jobs and internships, how they did what they did, how to take proper advantage of facilities provided by the college, what to do during placements and providing or suggesting books and notes for optimal utilisation of every resource.

I did some research on internet and after all that i shortlisted some colleges on the basis of location, infrastructure, education, quality, placement etc. and it was overall better than others. I filled registration form online from official site of MUJ and paid my tuition fee online and after that all other procedure was completed in campus.

MUJ have very qualified lecturers who have good knowledge in there field of education. Every department has 20 or more teachers which allows them to focus on every student individually. Most of the lecturers have PhD or are doing there PhD currently so they are very qualified and have years of industry experience.
