One of the top colleges for graduation

The management is good. They are quite helpful. We don't need to wait for our works to be done. Response team is quite fast.

Pandu College comes under Guwahati University and hence it follows CBCS curriculum which newly introduced by Guwahati University last year. The college follows semester rule as instructed by Guwahati University. They conduct two sessional test and 1 final examination every semester.

I didn't do any internship right now and I don't have any knowledge about it. But there is a placement held Last year where some students got placed in various sector of India. The faculty of this college helps students for preparing placement and give adequate knowledge for competitive exams.

We have College week where many games from outdoor to indoor is held alongwith many cultural competition and cleaning camp. We also have General Freshers is held every year where students take part in cultural activities and the function is concluded by some renown artist.

Fee structure is quite low as compared to the other colleges. It is 6980 rupees for Bachelor of Arts with Honours for 1 year and payment is to be done by cash. Fees is not charged from Economically weaker sections on producing income certificate but since the commerce department is semi private this facility is not available.

No I didn't opt. But may be there is if any availed by government. Sometimes there is a scholarship programme launched by the college or by the State Government which the student can avail.

3:1, There is many workshops held by the college on robotics, debates, literature, competitive exams, cultural activities, sports, business, start-ups, heath, environment, automobiles, management, mass media, archaeology etc They havevzero tolerance in the case of discrimination in any form.

No but there is one hostel for boys and one for girls with mess and a canteen. The fees for canteen is 4000 rupees how far I know. They also take utmost care for their students and has a tight security.

The seniors are quite helpful. There are many notable alumni. The college held alumni meets frequently for the betterment of colleges.

Every year they open admission for the courses like higher secondary, graduation and post graduation in selected courses. They open application form thourough online. You have to submit it online after filling it up. The ln merit list is released. On the basis of cutoff they release you will get admission.

Since I am doing graduation with honours in Economics. We have 5 faculty in our department and all are female. 4 of them hold Doctorate degree and is permanent but 1 is temporary and has done master degree. The faculty is very helpful and is always ready to help thier students. They regularly take test for checking our progress. Doubt session is conducted regularly. Proper notes are given for every topic.
