The college management is excellent, taking prompt and appropriate measures to ensure excellent academics and extra curricular activities.

The course curriculum is still relevant, new courses are always offered based on the trends in the industry such as AI,ML,etc. Industrial visits are held based on the stream you are in,frequency depending on the need. The knowledge gained is useful for the industry as well as for research purposes.

The placements are great. I haven't availed internships yet. Internships are after 2nd and in 4 th year. I am currently in my 2nd year. As far as I have heard,all the big companies come for placements include Microsoft,Nutanix,Intel,Qualcomm,GE,Goldman Sachs, etc. Almost every 1 gets placed, some opt for higher studies obviously. There is a Placement Division which trains the students regarding interviews,CV,etc.

Tech fest-ATMOS: One if the biggest tech fests in South India. I am part of clubs and departments which conduct quite a few events. Sports Fest- ARENA Literature Fest- Verba Maximus: Part of the events team. Cultural Fest- PEARL: part of the events team.

Maybe a tad bit expensive,but the RoI is great. Placements and internships are amazing. Also,there areany scholarships to support you. The fee breakdown for entire duration of the course(4-5 years) is given within the first year. No additional charges are paid usually apart from the fee breakdown.

The college offers scholarships based on merit or merit cum need. There are also funds to help the students in need. Eligibility depends on your CG,and for merit cum need,the parents salary must be less than 10 LPA. Scholarship amount depends on the CG. Ranges from 40% to 100% of the fees.

The campus life is amazing with 0% attendance policy. There are workshops conducted almost every day, a talk by a reputed person of their respective field is usually done every day. There are a lot of parties and events conducted for the students,including movie screening every Saturday. The gender ratio would be about 9 boys for every girl,maybe a bit worrying but that's the case in most too engineering colleges. There is absolutely no bias or intolerance towards any religion or caste.

Yes,hostel is compulsory for all. The hostels are very well maintained. There are vending machines in each hostel, workers clean the corridors and washourooms every day. Each room is equipped with a bed,table, cupboard/almirah,chair,etc and the room is spacious too.

The Alumni network is one of the best I have ever seen. The seniors are always ready to help you,whatever the need might be.

There's an entrance exam called BITSAT. It's usually in May. It's one of the best engineering colleges in the nation,with amazing placements,internships,faculty, research and extra curricular activities. The 0% attendance policy also helps in pursuing your interests and you aren't forced to attend classes for the sake of doing so. The alumni network is one of the best in the world as well.

The faculty is absolutely brilliant. Most of the teachers have excellent research work credited to them and papers published. They have vast knowledge on the topic and are quite helpful and approachable. Quite a few of the professors have papers published in reputed journals and have given talks on the subject in various conferences all over the world.
