My college experience

My college is good in academics, extra curricular activities and in placements. But certain things are to be improved by their side like management, social life and infrastructure.

Course Curriculum is up to the mark but there are some extra subjects also. Exam structure is relevant and are held twice in a year. Each year is divided into two semesters and exams are held at the end of semester. Research is also driven and some national and international conference also take place once in a year. The different courses and exams makes me a good learner and also I can understand about the practical world of science and industrial work. Industrial visits also organised once in a year outside the state.

Placement of the college is very good almost 600 students are placed every year. Major companies are Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, pinnacle infotech, genus power infrastructures ltd etc. Our Institution takes many steps to prepare the students for placement session by giving them campus recruitment training. Also a 45 days internship is mandatory for every student after third year. I did my internship from Indian Railways.

The major event of the college is PRAVAH. Which is a technical, management and cultural festival based event. It is celebrated in February every year. It is a 6 day event. Every student can participate in this event based upon his/her interests. The event includes singing, dancing, sports, technical competitions.

Fee Structure is feasible. My program fee is is 81000 per annum and exam fee is 2550 which is collected by Rajashthan Technical University. Different modes by which a student can deposit it's fee like demand draft, thourough cheque, Debit card, cradit card and UPI payment. Yes our college provide transparency in the fee breakdown.

No I'm not opted any scholarship or education loan. No my college doesn't offer scholarship opportunities to students.

Campus Life is good. There are lot of extra curricular activities happens in the campus. The gender ratio is 3:4 girls over boys. Student parties also happen. There are different workshops in the campus depending upon different courses. Different cafeteria are there. A common library for all students. Different lab's depending upon different courses like chemistry, physics, computer science labs, electronic labs, electrical labs, mechanical workshops etc. Different sports are played like cricket, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, badminton etc. All students are equal in every department. No discrimination based on gender, caste and culture. My competitions where all students can participate like robotics, automobile, debates etc. They are organised by different branches. They are good at both inter College and intra college. Many competitions are held outside the college where our college's performance is good.

My college seniors are very helpful. They always help me in any case like in practicals, debates, sports etc. Even today they help me in course related problems. We celebrate each other's birthday and different festivals together.

I want to become an engineer so i choose this engineering College. This college is situated in the city where I live so i choose this college and also it is ranked as number 1 private engineering college in rajasthan by Rajashthan Technical University. The entrance criteria of this college is by Merit list which is taken by Rajashthan Technical University. My name was also in the merit list of Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process and my admission on this college is on 25 June 2016.

In my course there are 12 lecturers scheduled per week of all subjects in the semester. The faculty's average age is 27-28 years. All assistant professors in the department are of post graduate level and all associate professors are of PhD level. Some lecturers hold industrial experience.
