Do check other colleges before opting this college because this college is a bit out of the comfort zone for its location. Otherwise it is really a nice college to get yourself admitted. This college is surrounded by few food counters and stationery shops making students easier to meet up to their daily needs.

The exams are taken as per the university schedule. It is basically a semester based exam. Taken every six months along with the internals. The curriculum is formed in such a way that each semester provides certain industry based projects and knowledge which grooms up students for their upcoming internships provided by the college during their placements. At the final year the faculty organizes certain campus placements for the final year students which helps them to add up to their CV before they pass out from their college with the respective degree.

Our college holds four big fests of four clubs and several small departmental fests to maintain the communication between the students of several departments. The fests are nearly famous as students from different colleges do come to participate for it and makes it more grand.

The admission fee of this course is 30k and the semester fee is 50k which is a bit expensive but the college also provides the loan option to avail for the students. The campus life in FIEM is happening. The students are free minded and this campus is an ANTI-RAGGING campus. The students are always up for helping each other and showing each other possible opportunity. Their is no gender discrimination in this college

The college doesn't provide any hostel facility of its own. It's the student's responsibility to find a hostel for themselves. Though there are many hostels or PG nearby the college for the comfortability of the students.

The seniors are very helpful and sensitive towards their juniors. And even the juniors also look up to the seniors as they also provide certain projects to their juniors which helps them afford their travel expenses and also they can add this up to their CV for a better review of their own.

We need to fill up the form and after that a call comes from the authority of the college as they want the student to visit the college before admission. After visiting the college with the said documents, an interview is taken from the college authority followed by the marksheet of the board exams. On basis of the marks and the interview the selection procedure is done. The college also conducts an entrance exam which is affilated by the said board itself. Though this exam is conducted after the admission of the student. I opted for the course Media Science and got admitted myself to this college because it gives the students the industry exposure which is necessary for this field of working. This college has several tie ups with the industry which gives an opportunity to the students to enhance their skills on their specific field.
