My College NEC

They are still having some old models like Daily study hour in hostel, cell phones are not allowed in classrooms like that. If they could improve on that aspect they will be one of the best colleges to study in India.

It follows Anna University syllabus. In the year I joined it's not an autonomous college, while we are passing out it developed as a Autonomous college. It's also approved by UGC. They have seperate funding for research projects. There is enough lab facilities for research works.

The placement of the college is not so good at my times, but now it has got a massive improvement. Now the placement is almost 70 to 80%. They also arrange internships in TVS and other leading organization's. They have good contact details to improve this further.

We have lots of events being celebrated for each departments. There is seperate functions for each departments some also includes international guests. In general we celebrate college day hostel day. Every year we will go to IV (Industrial Visit) to near by cities to understand the process.

The fees structure here is the most compatible one in the sorrounding areas. My education fee is 85000 / financial year for management quota. Only 40K for Counselling quota. Hostel fee is also so nominal, mess fees will not come over 1500 rs for a month which is very much affordable.

College doesn't offer any scholarships for our quota (OC), I applied for education loan and the college supported in getting that loan.

Campus Life is happy, as always college life is a memorable one. There are all the labs which are necessary for a good college. There is equal importance given to sports. We have Cricket, football, tennis, volleyball, badminton, shuttle, chess, carrom. Everything.

Yes. Hostel rooms are good, there will be maids to clear the waranda. Rooms has to be clean by ourselves only. We will have daily newspapers to every room. Hostel food is not so bad. It's good and the amount they collect for this is very nominal

Definitely they are helpful, we have a separate app for our alumni association. We have yearly meeting of all alumni members. It's been well supported by our College management also. Alumni's are taking the college to another level.

I got admission thourough Management quota, this college has 25 years of reputation and a good name for itself and special name for Mechanical Department, so I choosed it. I heard a good reviews about this college, this college is one of the top 10 colleges.

All the faculty members of the college are knowledgeable persons. Most of them are working there for almost 10 years, there is a good mix of senior and young staff members. They guide us in all possible ways. They are easily approachable for any doubts at any time.
