A very bad remark in my eyes the 1 st day of my college I go to the notice board to see my class schedule.I clearly remember my 1st class start 4:15 & room number 42 We are 3,but no one recognize the building aroun 30 minutes gone, looking for the room 42 finally we are found. The management department according to me must mention the building.

The exam structure of our college is 1.haif yearly 2.final examination After graduation 6 month a haif yearly examination held.& 2nd exam held final this is held another college. according to c. u(Calcutta university). This is a normal graduation college. No campus placements given from this college. If any student fail haif yearly exam. Not entry in final exam. Only syllabus related books knowledge given.

The college Maharaja sirischandra was a normal graduation college, not a Professional course college, so no faculty system in this college.

Two types of Events organize our college. 1.freshers welcome program 2.sarwasti puja fresher welcome program are celebrate every year. this is for fresh candidate who enter the college 1 st year. This is very fantastic program. the band are come varieties of songs play. Dance.&etc. and the other Saraswati puja a big festivals Saraswati god are called "bidya debi" in that day morning with fast all student come & give a "Anjali ".

The fees structure in our college is yearly This is feasible. Our course fees 2400to 2600.& the program fees are included. the mode of payment in cash. there are no additional fees\charges that had yo be paid in order to secure an admission. Yes the college provide transparency in the fee breakdown.

Yes, I opted for a scholarship. this is a kind of scholarship. I opted a scholarship because I'm a ST (sechdule Tribe). That means a backward class I belong. I apply for the scholarship thourough a form fill up in online. After submission of the form. I go to the head office that situated in alipore. To verify my documents. After clear all I given money to my bank account around 4000.

I have no campus life experience. I'm not go any campus. Because I'm not join Ncc. & our college a normal graduation college. Not a Professional course college. So no faculty no palacement Facilities are here. So still no need to go campus. but I go to our college lab. To practice my geography practical work.

No. because I live 1 km. To the college so no need any hostel. I come college by bus or walking. If I have a lot of time in my hand so I choose walking path. but when class are soon so I choose a bus.

The alumni network and senior students are guided every time. the union college member are help very critical situation. a senior "didi" she very sympathy for me. A day in college during our half yearly exam my mobile is lost in college. I'm very panicked about that. & the otherside my exam. I don't know what I do in that situation. When she meet with me & understand me now the exam is very important so go for exam. After exam everything is all right. Exam very good. & I got my lost phone. All things is success for her.

The admission in this college by filled a form thourough online. After a challan deposit in bank with admission fees. After all that I'm waiting for a merit list. when merit list publish I go to college. & head of the department told me why you choosing history honours. & genuinely I told that my marks in history highest. So I choose history honours. & most important thing I choose this institute because of it evening college, day time I go to tution for children's.

Our head of the department ''Sonali Debroy " she is a gold medalist in history.she clear the subject of ancient history very easily.
