My college review

Safety for girl students is good. But management can be free with the parents more.

We learn all the basics for a biotechnology course. Many seminars are conducted and resource person from an industry often give a guest lecture. It is helpful to gain an industrial perspective and knowledge. Campus placements are very useful and they give good training.

Zifo, Lab products company, Medical coding companies are visiting our college. Placement training starts in the third year. Aptitude is the first round and group discussion is next. Then personal interview. Mostly who shows willing to attend placement drive they get placed. Some core companies placement is moderate.

The department's inauguration function would be conducted. Series of the guest lecture is conducted. Pongal festival is celebrated in a grand manner. A cultural day celebration occurs for two days. Annual day, Graduation day, and achievers day are celebrated. Engineers' day also celebrated. Competitions are conducted for engineers' day. Science day is celebrated then a science exhibit will be conducted in our college. School students are welcomed to our college for science exhibition. It will be conducted for three days. International conference and national conference are conducted regularly by various departments in our college.

For me, the fee structure is allowed by the government as I entered college through government counseling allotment order. I am paying only a reasonable fee and I am a first graduate from my family so I get a scholarship for a first graduate student. We have fair lab facilities so it is good.

I am opted to get BC scholarship from the government. Our college management takes a correct list of students and they help to get that scholarship.

It is a women college so the girls are the majority. Students from various financial backgrounds are studying in our college.No partiality seen among students based on economic status. For the most backward class people like SC, class management offers a scholarship for those people.

Alumni students gave guest lectures and it is really useful. Some seniors are in high positions like entrepreneurs, it is good.

I joined this college through counselling conducted by the government based on cut off. Before that, I filled my application form from this college and joined. Then through a letter from counselling, I entered this college. Biotechnology is my preference. So that I chose this. This course helps me to achieve my goal.

Each faculty is expert in some their specialised field.Ph.D completed faculties are there and they are 5. Two faculties are pursuing PhD. Some faculties already have industrial experience so it is helpful for us to know about industrial works. Their explanations are clear.
