No examination required for Bachelor or Science , and I had no option to select other departments like Mathematics or Physics Etc.

Since I have selected the Evening college the syllabus of this course is received from the University of Madras, and the Syllabus contains with the Organic, Inorganic and Physical, Chemistries and there are few elective subjects like physics and Mathematics for first and second years.

Internships Opportunities

In my final year we have received some campus interviews from Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Satyam, and few more MNCs have been a part of the Campus selections.

Placement Experience

The Job opportunities were very less and the selection is very tough, even they interviewing the people who are having ariers in exams. By trusting them that they would be passing their final examinations how ever..

College Events

The festivals that are conducted are very good and the name of the college festival is Kolahal. It is conducted once in every year and we used to invite great people like celebrities of Cinema and other government officials.

Fees and Financial Aid

No Scholarship or loan facility is provided by my college because I am a Hindu and I study in a Christian aided college, which helps and provide scholar ship to only Christian students.

Alumni/Alumna

No comments, every one is satisfied by studying in the college and they enjoyed their college life very well, I would like to meet my friend once in a while if possible.

Exam Structure

Yes the exams structure are very frequent for labs and the practical examinations are conducted on time. How ever the theoretical examinations were conducted in the Auditorium for all the other department students included with us Jumbled.

Faculty

There are so many faculties available for each subject in my college, for example, for organic chemistry we had a lecturer. Who is having a Ph.D in the Organic Chemistry and similarly to the other subjects also, the lecturer will be mostly a certified Ph.D professor.

A College that builds knowledge,confidence and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.
