The best college in belgaum

The college was very good and it was the best college in Belgaum for placement purposes.

The course curriculum was good. But there was no synchronization of the subject that was teaching in the college and which are required for actual industrial application. There were many subjects which were of no use in the future but didn't have the option to learn. The thing we learner only a rabbit race. Nothing more than that.

The placement was good in our college. Almost 90% of students got placed on the campus. My stream was electronics and communication so at that time there were no core compneis were came to placement.

There were so many curriculum activities celebrated in our college. There were many activities held by students in our college. Some of them are -- Paanchjanya and aura 2014 Events. At AURA 2014 the Sunidhi Chauhan came as a guest. That was a fabulous event we were experienced.

My admission is actually based on govt entrance exam merit. The govt fee was around Rs. 8000 and college fees include Rs 38000 something. As you see that my college is govt aided college that is its private college & it fills some govt sheats. for govt college, the only fee was 8000 and for use, we have to pay 8000+ 32000. So it was expensive according to govt college.

There was no scholarship offered by the college. I have opted for an education loan but that was no use. Because the interest rate was around 12%. when I went to select a college we have to make one demand draft of Rs. 35000 and you have taken the seat. After coming back home the same is submitted to the bank and all the academics mark sheets to the bank to initiate a loan. The bank will pay the respective amount to college every year and the bank will levied the interest of that year on us.

The campus was good. There was not any regret that what the environment is in college. There was a big library, a football ground, and a gym in our college. There was a digital library also to access e-content. There was Free wifi facility provide by the college.

No there was no alumni discussion at all. The student was minded people and comes through a high society so there was no interaction with the seniors.

I got admission by giving a common entrance test(CET) conducted by the Karnataka govt. The total merit list combines the CET marks plus the last semester marks of the Diploma. After getting the merit list I went to Banglore for college selection. my merit list number is something around 150. So aI thinks mine was the second last list which I have got. then the govt quota was full.

Some of the faculty was so good that we were actually waiting for their lecture. But some of them are just coming for time pass. One lecturer was so fast that they didn't have any interest that the students have understood or not. We had around 6 lectures and the age was between 30 to 50. Some of the lecturers don't have the subject knowledge also. They didn't have industrial experience.
