Unorganised to some extent, the deadlines are not at all a problem,they exceed in most cases.

The distribution of Marks is as follows 15 Marks - Assignment. 25 Marks - Mid semester exam. 60 Marks - End semester Exam. Passing marks is 33. It is a non stressful curriculum. Students have ample of time to prepare and score well. Industrial visits are provided in the final year.

The placements are generally not that good,companies that visit the college are mostly of local groups. Internships are provided by the college itself.

Many Events take place around the year of the academic calendar. The College has got clubs namely -Robot Club,Music Club,Literature Club,Dance Club,AUV Club. There are technical clubs as well as leisure clubs. Any Student can join the clubs that may be part of the university or not.

The fee structure is very clear and transparent. A student has to pay only college fee that is 5000Rs. And if he’s opting for hostel, he will be charged another 2700Rs. That will be all the fee in an academic year. Books are available on rent. The fee structure is really not costly here.

This is a central university, the funds alloted for scholarships are from the government. Hence one has to apply from the govt portal to avail scholarship,students of less privileged background can avail this facility.

Male:Female ; 10:2 -A Muslim cultures college,hence the dorm parties are scare. -No differences based on race,religion,etc. -Student politics is very active,student election is no less than a fest.probably the biggest highlight of the academic year is the students elections.

Yes,Ive been a hostler since my 1st year,the rooms are spacious,but your room will be over filled in the 1st year,but this situation improves from 2nd year. The hostels are situated inside the campus itself. -Has no timing to return before -Huge open spaces in all hostels -All hostels have basketball,football court. A cricket pitch and a table tennis room.

The strongest alumni network of all the colleges in the country,alumni network has been very helpful regarding placements and jobs.

I had applied thouru the NRI quota which takes admissions on merit base. General admission take place thouru the ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAM that is given by students all over the nation. The merit is then generated based on the scores. Students shortlisted for merit then appear in an interview.

The Faculty comprises of both,Quantity and Quality,if not all,then majority of the professors have done their degree from reputed colleges of USA. All of the teaching faculty has a PhD. The teachers here are really co-orporative. They take up teaching courses of only their area of mastery.
