Remarks

Management is good but the staff is worst. College is good for the students stay in and around Guntur. If anyone wants to live with their families and want to stay only in guntur can join in this college. Otherwise waste of money and time.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Exams were good and were very tough for some branches. No, they doesn't make me a professional. There is no chance of getting hands on research experience. They just get me a degree and some skills. Curriculum has been getting evolved and trying to be one of its kind as far as I know. When I was studying that curriculum did not help getting campus placement.

Placement Experience

3

Placements are good with respect to number but only in the IT companies. TCS which does mass hiring in college, Infosys with off campus mass hiring are amongst the best companies that our college students can efford to make into.

College Events

2

Czars. This is undoubtedly the best annual celebrations I had ever seen in any college. It is a fight for championship in many categories between all the branches. Besides that there some other tech fests, engineer's day fest, women's day celebrations and some cultural events. The participations are good.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive for the students who join thourough management quota with regard to curriculum and this faculty. Other students who join thourough entrance exam has full fee waiver. Building maintenance fee will be around 5000 and bus fee is 7000 from any corner of the city. Probably the cheapest transportation facility.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, college offers scholarship opportunities to the students who were poor and meritorious. But they should be paying the full fee. The annual scholarship is Rs.20000 and is given only after proper interview.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus Life will be good only at the time of events. Other time,no student should roam around the campus, if were caught by anyone they had to explain the reason behind their roaming. The gender ratio is almost 1:1(male:female) in CS, IT, ECE branches and 6:1 in other branches. There will be mostly two communities in the college which thourive for the superiority. They may fight at any time. That was the worst culture of this college.

Alumni/Alumna

No, I don't have good relation with my seniors or alumni. But I had some good friends in the juniors back in the college. We do talk now and then.

Admission

I got the admission thourough entrance exam. The entrance exam(APEAMCET) is usually scheduled in the month of April or May. After the results a candidate can choose any college present in Andhoura Pradesh. Considering his/her rank and category he/she gets the seat and will be asked to confirm the same or would like to apply for another college in another round if he/she doesn't get the seat in the college of their likes.

Faculty

1.5

Average. Their teaching skills are very very bad. We had around 110 faculty for every branch. And the most senior faculty member could be of age around 55. They teach what they see or learn from the youtube or just project the screen, move the slides and get it over.

Reviewed on Nov 2, 2024(Enrolled 2021)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.
