My Review For College

Overall the college is considered as an average college.

Not so good. They mostly focus on classroom study. No industrial visit held for students. Extra knowledge apart from books are also not provided to students for future growth. College need to change its working style and start focusing on students mental growth.

Internships are only provided to MBA students. Otherwise no other department has the facilities of placement.

Freshers Party, Farewell Party, Gorakhpur Mahotsav, Seminars, Debates etc. These are some programmes which is held by our college. Among these programmes, only gorakhpur mahotsav is organised by the state government and our college host the programme.

Fee is very reasonable in the college. Every student can afford the fees. They charge mostly between 2000 to 3500 from the students. The mode of payment is online. There are no hidden charges apart from fees charged by the college. There is full transparency in fees breakdown.

No, college doesn't provide any scholarship facilities. But the state government provide scholarship facilities to the students who are enrolled in the state colleges. The eligibility criteria is very easy. You have atleast 50% in your last examination and are a resident of the state.

Gender ratio in our college is nearly 55 - 45. Workshops are held for some departments. There is no discrimination among students in relation to their caste, gender, colour, religion etc. Students have freedom to express their opinions in front of administration.

No. I haven't opted for hostel because i am a scholar student. I have my house in the city which is very near to the college aur i doesn't feel any need for taking hostel facilities from college. Hostel is for those students who belong from far places.

The seniors are very helpful. They help you regarding your studies, exams, how to complete your assignments etc.

Basically i opted for commerce stream in Class 11th thats why i chose B.Com course. This is the most reputed college of my city and it has better education facilities among all the colleges of the city thats why i chose this college. Entrance exams are held for admission.

The faculty in the college are above average. You can't consider them as best. Because they are only bound to book. They will not tell you the things which are outside the book. But the way they teach us is quiet good. They are always helpful towards their students.
