it is essential that our students are happy with all aspects of their stay. To help us monitor this we ask every student completing a course at Geethanjali College to evaluate their whole experience: the College, the classes and teaching, the social programme, the facilities, the town and their homestay accommodation. Over the last 3 years (2017 - 2019) 96% of students said the College was 'good' or 'very good' (based on responses in end-of-course questionnaires).

At least 50% of the students got placed, but almost all of them are from CSE. There are no placements for civil, mechanical and EEE branches. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA, and most of them are offered in off-campus placements. Roles are not offered for ECE as all placements offered are from the software. The salary package offered in our course varies from 2 LPA to 3 LPA. About 10% of the students got internships.

Finally, the auspicious day has come; put an end to our inpatient anticipation and tireless preparations for this event. I am a little surprised how a person like me, who loved every aspect of this stage, but so hesitant to come here and talk, now has the courage. With great pleasure and satisfaction, I stand here to give a welcome speech on our most expected annual day.

Your own Reverend Himes observed in his eloquent remarks at Fenway Park that, and I quote him, “Education is the process through which we become more fully human, and also more like God.” It is a welcome perspective in a world where the measure of things so often trumps the meaning of things, and the practical, immediate uses of knowledge so often overshadow the larger, more enduring purposes of education. I want today on this great occasion for Boston College to speak about those larger purposes, and the vital role that universities play in defining aspirations and possibilities for the long term.

The infrastructure of a college plays a vital role in the development of the college as the students are now focusing on the labs, class rooms, etc while selecting a college. It is important that the colleges have very good infrastructure with advanced laboratories equipped with state of the art equipment etc. Only then the students can get hands on experience with the latest technologies. Computing resources are one of the important and mandatory needs of a college. All colleges are now equipped with latest computer products and internet connectivity but certain colleges are more advanced than the others and it is important to find those colleges. There are certain requirements that are essential to be present in a college campus.

I should point out that I’m speaking not only to those of you in this room, but we’re also live streaming this event so our alumni and friends around the world can “attend.” So greetings to everyone, even those who can’t physically be with us this weekend.

I got admission in this college through EAMCET exam , and the government me this college by councelling. After this we should pay money and fill the admission form and they will give the bill and id card.

During the summer, I took a managerial accounting class. The professor’s enthusiasm and real-world examples made a very technical subject relevant and entertaining. Whenever the class became quiet and serious, he told us, "You guys are so serious. You should all be accountants!" In addition to his passion, he was an inspirational professor. In one of the class sessions, he explained to us why he wanted us to understand accounting concepts instead of memorizing them. He said, "Look, the reason I want you all to understand these concepts is that five years, ten years, or fifteen years from now, I want to see the title of CFO, CEO, CMO, Entrepreneur, or Founder on your LinkedIn profile." This professor’s belief in his students inspired me to understand the reason behind business courses
