The aim of the college is to make every student excel in all sphere of life. So all efforts are made by the faculty to help the students achieve their dreams by guiding them all through with the motto being ALL FOR EDUCATION AND EDUCATION FOR ALL.
Course Curriculum Overview
As far as the course curriculum is concerned I would say that the students are made aware of the global perspective through value based education for social transformation and teaching them the required skills for self- employment.
Placement Experience
The placements cell is an integral part of the college and steadily it is improving by the day Students coming from different backgrounds are given placement training so that they can reach their dreams come true.
College Events
All festivals and National Holidays are celebrated with great fervour. Inspite the fact that Engineering is tough but college life is fun and has its own charm. The college hosts Students Day to showcase their artistic skills and co-curricular talents. The ON stage events like Dance ,Light Music (Vocal and Instrumental), are conducted both for boys and girls. Apart from these other events on the day of Independence day, Republic day, Pongal, Diwali are also Celebrated. Many more cultural activities are also conducted from time to time
Fee Structure And Facilities
The Tuition fees for the General category is affordable even for the economically weaker section. This is a 2 years degree course with Rs 1445/- for each year. So the total expenditure will be Rs. 2890/-
Campus Life
Students take active part in all the sports activities to keep themselves mentally and physically fit. The Basket Ball, Volley Ball and Cricket tournaments are held at the State level and have won quite a few prizes adding credit to the college reputation.
Admission
To pursue a Masters degree a minimum qualification of a bachelors degree is required through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities at the state or Central level. The SC/ST candidates get a relaxation of 5% aggregate
Faculty
All the faculty members of the Institute of all the departments are well qualified, experienced and very supportive and always willing to impart Knowledge and skills emphasizing on all round development so as to prepare them to undertake bigger challenges and responsibilities in life.
