A very informative programme

Lovely Professional University is one of the biggest University that is situated in India. Through the distance education programs of the Lovely University you can get the degree while sitting at your home and not actually going to the college which is a very positive.

The BCom programme at the distance education of Lovely University is of 3 years. In the first year, we learn about financial accounting, principles of management, commercial and communication skill etc. There are 6 semester in total which are followed by examinations.

The placement statics of the college are very high. Some big companies that have recruited our students are Amazon, Reliance, Soni, LIC maxlife, HDFC, Policy Bazaar, Videocon, Airtel, Tata Sky, etc. Around 1400 plus students have been placed from our college through 100 + companies conducted drives.

The fee for Bcom in distance education is around 17000 rupees for all of the three years. Total fee of the program is 50000 rupees approximately. The program is very cheap option for all of the middle class students who are willing to get a degree from the Lovely Professional University.

The faculty at our college have set up a separate loan assistance cell which help all of the students of the college to avail the loans which are available by the banks that have partnership with the Lovely Professional University. There are also Bank branches inside the campus so the students can carry on their bank work without disturbance.

Workshop, seminar and events are held to build up the confidence of the students so that the students can enjoy the real college life without thinking that he or she is a distant student. Also personal contact programme are held so that the students can get a Clear View of environment in the campus of the college.

To get admission in Bcom course at the distance education programme of Lovely University I first had to purchase the prospectus of the university and fill out the application form then I had to attach all of my documents which are asked in the application form and make the payment of the program fee, examination fee and late fee if applicable. Finally, I submitted my application form.

The teachers who are in charge of the distance education system at Lovely Professional University provides us with well researched and developed notes which are very helpful in the examination. Some study centres are developed for the distance students so that they can sometimes visit there to personally ask for any suggestion of the teacher.
