Overall the College is very good. The faculties are very nice, academics are good and the placement record is also good.
Course Curriculum Overview
College comes under RGPV university, the courses and syllabus are as per the RGPV syllabus. In the first year the subjects for all branches are common. Apart from this various vo curricular activities are also organized by colleges like training for new software, industrial visit and many more. There are an entrepreneurship cell and Career Development Cell within the college which helps students to groom their knowledge.
Placement Experience
Many IT Giants companies visited the college for placement including TCS, Adobe, Accenture, Wipro and many more. For a student to appear in placement interview a sgpa of minimum 7.0 or7.5 is a must. The institute prepares the students to appear in the placement session. The College also provides many internships.
College Events
There are many events celebrated in college every year. Technical events- workshop of Microsoft, Aws, Unity, Google, Coding competition etc. Cultural events- There is a club named Yavnika Hobby Club in the college which organizes various cultural events and competition. There is also fiesta organized by the college which includes many events like singing, dancing, sports, art & craft, fashion show etc. Such festivals are very big includes a huge no.of participation.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for our course is 1,00,500, including transport charges. The college accepts cash Google pay and DD. No other charges were taken to secure admission in the College. I don't know if there is any fee breakdown but yes if one is unable to pay the fees on time he could write an application for it and no extra charge would be applied at the time of payment.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the College provides many scholarships for students. There is a scholarship for meritious students which is provided in the form of a cheque. My friend have received a sum of rupees 8000. The college provides a scholarship for even having good attendance (greater than 90%). It is 20000 for students having more than 98% attendance. Also, there is a scholar library which provides course subject books to economically weaker students free of cost for a full semester.
Campus Life
Campus life is quite pleasant and good. The gender ratio is approximately equal in computer science but it is very much low in branches such as mechanical and civil. There are many workshops organised by the college. Debates are also organized. Many inter and intra college sports are also organized
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network of college is good. The seniors are very helpful, they guide us in a proper way. I have met a senior who is Microsoft student partner, he is very helpful and always ready to help me in every possible way.
Admission
I have chosen this course because since childhood I was curious about Technology. Finally, I have decided to become a software developer when I was in 12th. Even I have opted for computer science as an additional subject with PCM in 11th. Honestly, Collegedunia helped me a lot in selecting the best college, I have checked many reviews and talked to many colleagues about the college, the wonderful academics.
Faculty
The subjects of all branches are the same in the first year. I mean that a computer science student studies even basic civil engineering and basic mechanical engineering in the first year. The faculties are highly qualified and the way of teaching is also very impressive. Some of them are young and energetic and some of them are highly experienced.
