Course Curriculum Overview

As an under graduate student, we are not eligible for research. And there is no research facility in our college. But our teaching faculty is very brilliant in my consideration. Exam structure is super chilled and relaxed. It's not hectic atall.

Placement Experience

So there is not any provision for placement & job. The college is only an under graduate degree college. Students have to go to university after completing their bachelor degrees to study for their master degrees.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is quite nominal in our college. Since it is a govt College hence it is not very expensive. There is extra relatation for girls as well as reserved communities . The fee is different for different courses.

Campus Life

Labs ,Sports and infrastructure eas not quite good till last year but now its improving very rapidly with the help of student leaders as well as the positive response from the teachers of the college and the principal ofcourse.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are great. Quite a number of flats to rent around. Rooms are good and affordable too. Pretty good quality of food.The surrounding area has quite a number of good hangout corners. Overall you wont face any problem.

Admission

No entrance is conducted. I was admitted in this college on the basis of my percentage in the CBSE exam. So I didn't have to prepare for any sort of entrance exam. I scored a decent of 76% and could manage to get admission in the college

Faculty

I am very happy with my teachers. They are really brilliant. I have learnt a lot from them. Our professors are very qualified and talented. They teach us with utmost understanding. They always get ready to clear our doubts anytime.

Before taking admission research about it

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did search for many colleges in gurgaon and noida but they approched me and asked to visit the college but that was my wrong decision I would say They will tell you that this is very less amount in this this course but after months you will know that they ask money only for small things the whole college needs to be improved this college is only good for the people who can afford a lot of money in Every 2 months they take exams which is unit exam and after 1 months the main exam in which the unit exams are very easy but the last exam the final one they take are very different and difficult Don't know from where they make that exams

JGU is delightful place!!

Placement Experience:

EY, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and all other companies which defies international economics are the ones which recruits students of JGU. Theh even conduct seminars and workshops and tells us the things which we need to add in our arsenal to be fit and ready for placements. Jindal Students of Economics easily score placements worth 5-7 lakhs and nearly all the students who wish for placements gets it too.

OPJGU: Not my first choice, but definitely the right one

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive, according to me. The core courses that are mandatory for a student to take are highly relevant and necessary in order to develop the relevant skills and knowledge in that specific domain of the field. Electives on the other hand, are a student's choices and may or may not be relevant directly to the course one is studying. The university offers a wide range of electives and the electives are also taught by highly qualified professors across the 12 different schools of JGU. The end semester exams are either of 30 marks or 50 marks, depending on the course. Electives usually have a 30-mark end-of-semester exam for 1.5 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical and contextual, unless the course one has chosen is strictly application-based and demands applications of theoretical frameworks. The core exams in the first and second year are divided across 50 and 30 mark exams and are often for 3 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical except for the practicum courses, which are deeply application-based. The final year has very few core courses which are for 30 marks.

A well developed basketball court is being provided by the college so that boys and girls can freely and actively play and refresh their minds.It is a huge court .Students love to play here as it is the most fascinating sport.Boys and girls are given equal privileges in respect to the court.
