Course Curriculum Overview
B.Sc program computer science curriculum covers most of the important lessons associated with the computer field. The exams are conducted on an yearly basis and there are plenty of exam centers for the students to choose to write the exams.
Placement Experience
The university has a dedicated placement cell that takes care of placement for the students who complete their courses. They are planning to conduct training on interview skills to students from all fields.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is 6000 per year and the overall course fee is 18000 for BSc courses. The students can make the payment once a year every year at the university. The fee is nominal for distance education courses.
Campus Life
Since this is a distance education program, there is no scope for additional activities from the university. They do offer accommodation for certain students in the first year of college based on availability.
Alumni/Alumna
As of now the college does not have any alumni network. However, they are working on creating one to connect all the students who have passed out of the university. By the end of this year the alumni network will be set up.
Admission
I wanted to do a correspondence course from a reputed university in my hometown. I chose Kakatiya as it is reputed for providing distance education courses. I was selected based on the 12th standard marks and document verification.
Faculty
The contact classes were taken by experienced faculty who are associated for more than ten years in teaching and respective fields. They provide excellent insights for students to learn from and are always open to questions.
