Course Curriculum Overview

The course consists of 4 semesters and in every semester there are two sessional examination of 20 marks each. The attendance system is strict. 75% minimum and if not followed one may not be allowed to appear for the examinations. Overall the course structure is good.

Placement Experience

Yes. The college provides internships for various research projects. The stipend is between 4000-10000 for students for internship of different branches. And the stipend may vary depending on the nature of the project. Placement cell is good and most of the students get placed.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college is extremely affordable and feasible, I feel. It's very economical. The fees are Rs 40,000 per annum which makes it to Rs 80,000 on a total for a period of two years which is not very expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

Bodoland University provides scholarship to reserved category candidates (SC/ ST/ OBC). The university offers different scholarships to different candidates on the basis of their merit and documents. Applicants who are eligible to apply for scholarship are required to apply in offline mode through university concerned department till the prescribed date.

Campus Life

The institute encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities. Labs are well equipped and have great facilities. The institute is very focused on sports and extracurricular activities like college level competitions.

Admission

For MBA, candidate must have scored minimum 50% marks in Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidate will be selected on the basis of entrance by university but candidates who have score card of CAT/ MAT/XAT/ATMA will be exempted from test and will be admitted on these test. Final selection will be carried out on the basis of Group Discussion and Interview conducted by the university.

Faculty

The teachers are highly qualified in different subjects. They all are Ph.D. scholars and have different specializations. Their teaching methodology is also good. They teach very thoroughly to impart deep understanding about the subjects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

To learn about business, entrepreneurship i chose this course but it didn't helped me in any way as of now It has only helped me in enhancing my communication skills more and nothing more than that My suggestions would be the course should include some digital marketing course and some other course as well so that it becomes worthy to study there and become ready for the outside world. The units exams were conducted on after every 1 month of course duration gets complete and the final 3/4 months of duration difficulty levels were not that much hard if you have studied properly and understood the concept you will pass

Overall experience was good.

Placement Experience:

The placement at college was good. The maximum package offered was 12.5 by Federal Bank and the mimimum was 2.5 by ICIC bank. The average package was 5.5. I got a placement offer from Collegedunia and I am very happy to got placed.

A look at TU for MBA program

Admission:

Once I applied to TU with my MAT score I was asked to come to the university for the GD and PI round. My GD round went for 15 minutes and we were given the topic about GST. In my PI round questions were asked about all my background activities besides academics, my reasons for choosing this course etc. Various mock interviews online helped me a lot while preparing for this round.

LIFE at TU

Remarks:

The MBA admissions are merit based. The basic eligibility was graduation with 50% marks and a CAT score. TU also conducted an interview and a counselling session once I was shortlisted. TU is a central university under the government, so they offer quality education for very less fees. This was the major reason for joining TU.

MBA in Tezpur University during Pandemic

Placement Experience:

In our 2 year full time MBA proggramme students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd semester. Many reputed companies like Airtel, Coca-Cola, American Express takes part in the placement. The average package offered by the companies is 4-5 lacs Per Annum. Above 90% of the students of our department gets placed at the end of the course.
