The collge is very strict in desiplinary measures and attendence is comulsory. The college has a very good GOOWILL and reputation.
Entrance Preview
Admission based on 12 marks. I got 86 percent. Once you apply online the selcted students list will come in website. Cut off marks is nearly 95 percent for cbse and isc and 90 percent for wb board students
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is divided in six semesters. First 4 semester have 7-8 papers of 50 marks each. All papers are compulsory and added to your marks. In the 5 th and 6 th semester specalistion need to be choosen either in Finance , Marketing or e commerce. 5 sem and 6 th sem have 3 papers of 100 marks each
Internships Opportunities
As i am also doing CA with BCOM so i had to opt for articleship as per requirement of ICAI. In the articleahip period we get a stipend of Rs 3000 pm. Further college also provides intership opportunities for the students. Few companies providing intership are SBi, pwc etc. Stipend provided is as around 10000
Placement Experience
College has excellent placement records. For placement one has to register with the plalcement cell. The average placement offered is around 500000. Few companies providing placements are PWC, GOOGLE, INFOSYS, CYNOGEN, AXIS BANK, SBI, EBAY, UBER, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC
College Events
There are several events and programmea that are organised. Student union organise 3 day long Xavotsav. Alumni association organise Beyond Barriers. Xaviers Commerce Society organise X Talk, INSIGNIA, XMS etc. Xaviers management society organise X-cutive.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As the college is a private college it is bit expensive for general studenta. For day and evening department fees is around 4000 pm and for the morning department fees is around 2000 pm. Other fees are around Rs 10000 per month.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provide financial assistance to needy students who can't afford to pay the fees. For financial assistance one has to request the college authorities for assistance after providing necessary Income Prove. There is also lot of scholarship for meritorious students and students who are most consistent in attensing the college
Campus Life
Campus life is very good. While Bxom morning is only for boys, day and evening section has co education system. The college is very active in co- curriculum activies and it is regularly organised. There ia no political party involvement in election of students union
Hostel Facilities
The college has good hostel fecility. There is seperate hostel for boys and girls. New hostel is opened in AJC bose road. The hostel has good atmosphere. The food quality is more or less good. But for vegeterians there may be some issue with the food

The college has a very strong alumni base. Few famous alumni incldes Rabindra Nath Tagore, Sourav Ganguly, Laxmi Mittal, Vijay Mallya, Sanjeev Goenka etc
Exam Structure
There are weekly tests conducted along with student seminar and attendance marks it has 20% weightage of total marks of 50 ie 10. Final exams are done on semester basis of 50 marks. This 50 marks is then converted in to 40 marks

All faculties are highly qualified. They are well versed with the subject knowledge and the syllabus. Faculties are innovative in their way of expanation and maintain proper discipline in tha class
